The share of cocoa should be at least 70%. In the absence of cane sugar, it is allowed to use ordinary beetroot.

Now about the cooking process. The classic recipe for making hot chocolate at home requires grinding tiles to the state of ground coffee. This can be done with a blender or grater. If you use cocoa powder, this stage of preparation can be skipped. In a large saucepan pour water and put it on the fire. In the boiling liquid we put an iron bowl into which we pour a glass of milk. In cooking, this technique is called a "water bath". The bowl should not touch the bottom of the pan. And milk only needs to be heated, not bringing to a boil.

Then in the same boiling water should be loaded another bowl - with chopped chocolate or cocoa powder. Before they should be slightly diluted with a few spoons of milk. Keep in a water bath until the pieces become liquid. Remove from heat and mix for several minutes, making circular motions all the time in one direction. Top up the remaining milk, add two spoons (for cocoa powder) of sugar. Thorough mixing is the basic rule of how to make hot chocolate at home. Mass again put in a water bath. Three minutes is enough.

After that, add your favorite flavors: cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, zest. Stir again and leave the drink infused for 10 minutes. If desired, already in the cups, you can add different decorations: whipped cream, a starlet of badjan or marshmallow. Such hot chocolate, the photo of which you see, is not a shame to serve and to the banquet table for dessert.

And in the end - a classic recipe. Instead of milk, we use water. Heat it and pour the crushed 100 g chocolate bar. Stir until uniform and drive the egg yolk. When the mass begins to thicken, we bred it with a small amount of sour cream. Finally add a few drops of liquor. And you can cook in Mexican. We prepare coffee with milk and a pinch of cinnamon, melting chocolate in it. We stir to uniformity, rash sugar. In another container, beat the egg to a foam, gradually add it to a warm mixture, so that the protein does not curl. This is how Viennese hot chocolate is cooked at home.
