- 250-300 g of fresh mushrooms or pickled;
- 2 onions;
- 2 tbsp. L. Any vegetable oil;
- ½ faceted glass of hot tomato sauce or juice;
- Salt and spices to taste.
Mushrooms clean and finely chop with a knife along with onions. Fry the mass in a hot frying pan in oil, immediately seasoning with spices. The fire should be medium, so that the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates quickly, and they become red. 300 grams of ground pork or any other minced meat; - 100 g of boiled and washed rice;
- 2 small cloves of garlic;

- Seasonings, table salt.
