How to make a cheese pie from lavash

Cheese pie from lavash, or lazy achma, is prepared simply. The main ingredient for the filling is cheese. You can use different varieties: brynza, suluguni, Russian, Adyghe. Very good taste gives a combination of cheese and cottage cheese. A piquant note in the cheesy pita of lavash adds a variety of greens, especially fragrant (basil, coriander). Many culinary specialists, in addition to herbs, add spices and seasonings. Salty pie is great for sweet tea. They feel great hunger. The dish is quickly prepared. Ingredients for cheese cake

You will need:

  • Two large thin Armenian lavash ;
  • Any hard cheese - 200 grams;
  • Brynza, Adyghe cheese or cottage cheese - 300 grams;
  • 2 fresh eggs;
  • Salt (if you take a salted cheese, then, most likely, salt will not be needed);
  • Greens, garlic, spices - if desired.

To fill the pie, you will need:

  • A few fresh eggs (2 or 3);
  • About 300 grams of sour cream or kefir.

Pieces of cheese grate on a large grater. Whisk the two fresh eggs with a whisk. Mix them with cheese. If desired, you can add a little (100 grams) of milk. Chop the greens, chop the garlic. Put in cheese-egg mass.

Prepare sour cream filling. Whisk the indicated amount of sour cream with fresh eggs. If you want to reduce the caloric content of the pie, put kefir instead of sour cream.

Sometimes you have to increase the time to 2 hours.

Step 6

After the pie is baked, gently remove it from the mold. If you cook in a multivarquet, wait for the dish to cool slightly, then turn it over to the pallet and lay it on the plate.

Recipe advice

Lazy acmu can be cooked not only with cheese. Add a few varieties of sausage, meat. You can put chopped minced meat, fried chicken pieces, mushrooms. If you replace lavash with a puff pastry, you will get real khachapuri.
