Preparation:

1. To prepare a yoghurt cake, you need a homemade biscuit, and to get it, you need the following: beat the eggs with a mixer (until the foam state), gradually adding the sugar. When a thick mass forms, add the flour previously sieved through a sieve. Stir thoroughly the dough with a spoon to allow the flour to dissolve in the dough.

2. Lubricate with cold butter, and then sprinkle with flour the shape you prepared in advance and carefully place the dough there. The walls of the mold can be sprinkled with flour or breadcrumbs (it is necessary to fill the form with a test by ¾ of the height, as it will increase with baking.)

3. Immediately after mixing, the dough should be baked. Biscuit will be baked in the oven for 25-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. 4. Fresh biscuit cakes are hard to cut, and they absorb syrup badly, so they should be kept after baking for at least 8 hours in a dry place. After this time, cut the uneven edges of the biscuit and divide it into two parts. Saturate the biscuit with cherry or any other syrup and sprinkle with cream.

5. To make a gentle cream, whip the cream until it is dense (cream should be cold).

It is necessary first of all to soak gelatin in syrup from canned peaches or any other fruit (to your taste), then allow it to swell and gently heat in a microwave until dissolved. Mix well-seasoned curd mass and add yogurt. Gently stir whipped cream into the mixture , add the dissolved gelatin solution and mix until smooth. Spread the resulting curd cream is needed on different sides of the biscuit.
