Since the ninth century our ancestors have eaten fried pancakes - they loved them not only as a delicious dish, but also revered, since pancakes are like the sun, and Yarilo was the main god of the Slavic pagan pantheon. Since that time pancakes are present on any table - they are always happy, both adults and children, and even those who follow the figure, do not restrain themselves from a pair of warm soft pancakes. And such a holiday as Pancake week, left to us since the time of paganism, indicates that pancakes are the crown dish of Russian cuisine. Before preparing pancakes, a whole rite is performed, which has come down to us from ancient times. Their recipes have spread all over the world, they are baked with different fillings, on different bases, but only our pancakes are the most delicious.

How to cook delicious pancakes? This question is simple, but at the same time complex. The recipe for making pancakes is not difficult, but you need to come to the matter with a special skill, with a soul. So, before you make pancakes, you need to have such ingredients: half a liter of milk, three eggs, a glass with a glass of flour, two tablespoons of sugar, vegetable oil about a quarter of a glass. In order to prepare the base, stir the eggs in the container. Best if you do it with a whisk or a mixer - then the pancakes will be airy and very soft. After the yolk and protein have completely dissolved, add salt (at the tip of the knife) and sugar. It is also possible to extinguish soda at the tip of a teaspoon. After that, pour in the milk, and if the pancakes turned out thick - a little boiled water. Here, pour in the flour and mix, so that there are no lumps. In its consistency, the dough should resemble liquid sour cream. Note that the thicker the dough, the thicker the pancakes are. If the filling is sweet, then the pancakes can be slightly sweetened.

So, how to cook pancakes with stuffing? First of all, we are determined with the filling. If it is minced, then it must be fried with onions and carrots, and then wrapped in pancakes. Another option - pancakes, folded in a bag and tied with green onions, and inside them mushrooms (champignons are overcooked with chicken fillets). This dish is served with soy sauce. You can wrap pancakes with braised cabbage, or you can - mashed potatoes with onions and mushrooms. An invariable companion of this dish is sour cream, which is served to the table separately in a special container.

Unusually beautiful looks caviar in pancakes. They are baked in small, folded cone, and deep inside the cone put red caviar.

In pancakes you can wrap cottage cheese, jam, honey, boiled condensed milk with finely chopped nuts. In addition, you can take and unconventional stuffing - bananas, kiwi, prunes. Such pancakes are for an amateur, but they also have their admirers.
