How to cook meat bread

The word "bread" in most people is associated with the product of flour. However, you can make a delicious dish of meat with the same name and get a satisfying and original snack. There are various recipes for cooking, which differ not only in the way they are cooked, but also in ingredients. Among them, you can choose any that will please the guests, the hostess herself or her home.

So, for the next recipe, you need half a kilogram of beef and turkey minced meat, 50 grams of breadcrumbs or pulp flesh, 2 raw eggs, salt, and pepper to taste. All ingredients are mixed. The stuffing is divided into two equal pieces. One of them is laid out in a prepared greased form. Three boiled eggs, peeled from the shell, are placed on top and are closed with the remaining minced meat, the surface is leveled. The dishes in which meat bread will be cooked, covered with foil and sent to the oven, heated to an average temperature, where it is left for about 1.5 hours. After that, the dish is pulled out, cooled, taken out of the mold and cut into pieces. It can be eaten cold and hot. The garnish is perfect for any vegetables.

Meat bread is done in the following way. A pylokylogram of the liver (used chicken, beef, pork) is washed, if necessary cut into small pieces, remove the film, put in a shallow bowl. Here the juice of one lemon is squeezed out, and the product is left for an hour to marinate.

A pair of bulbs cleaned, chopped. They are fried in butter until the pieces become transparent (usually it takes about 10 minutes). Bread crumb (250 grams) soak in a glass of milk, squeeze lightly. Combine a beef with a pickled liver, 100 grams of bacon and chop through a meat grinder. Put the mixture in a bowl. Add the soaked bread, stewed onions, a few garlic cloves passed through the press, 2 eggs, a spoonful of dry white wine, salt to taste, spices. Stir the ground meat until smooth.

Two medium sized carrots are boiled for 10 minutes in boiling water, cleaned, cut into thin strips. The same is done with bacon and another slice of bacon (approximately 100 grams will be needed). The tips of beans are cut from the string beans. Form to bake meat bread, take a deep and lubricate with vegetable oil. At its bottom put strips of bacon in such a way as to completely cover it. On top have a third of the stuffing. On it put half of chopped carrots, bacon, beans, cover with a meat mixture. Layers repeat. Stuff ground on top, spread the remaining bacon and laurel leaf. The dish is covered with foil or lid, put in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. To cover the meat bread with a golden crust, just before the end of cooking, remove the lid from the dishes.

For the next recipe, in equal proportions mix beef and pork forcemeat (300 grams each). Half a glass of ground breadcrumbs, nuts, raisins are also put here. The egg is hammered into the mixture, a few spoons of spicy ketchup, spices and salt are added to taste. Minced meat is well mixed, laid out in a prepared and oiled form. You can divide it into 2 parts, between which is placed grated cheese. From above such bread is smeared with butter and sent to the oven, heated to the minimum temperature until cooked. Then the dish is cut and decorated with greens, circles of boiled eggs.

This dish can be used cooled for sandwiches or hot with a vegetable garnish. In this case, a variety of foods are added to the filling, including mushrooms, cheese. Everything depends on the taste preferences of the cook. Simple and fast dishes of meat are a good find for a festive table or family dinner, as they are not only tasty, but also quite hearty.
