How to cook baked potatoes in the oven: a few simple recipes

Alternatively, you can bake potato tubers in foil: they will be more succulent and soft without the addition of fat or oil, but the crisp crust so loved by many will also be absent. The indisputable advantage of such a dish as a baked potato in the oven, cooked with a peel, is that it retains its taste qualities for a long time. But it is best to use it in a freshly prepared form.

If you bake peeled tubers, then the easiest way is to grease the baking tray with vegetable oil, lay on it peeled and cut in half small potatoes and put them in a heated to one hundred and eighty degrees oven for fifteen to twenty minutes. If desired, half the potatoes can be turned over so that they are more evenly fried. Potatoes can be cooked in this way on parchment paper without using oil.

In order to prepare the potato slices, you can use the following recipe. Peeled and washed potatoes are cut into large cubes, then it is necessary to mix it with chicken fillet, salt and spices, cut into the same cubes, and then put on a well oiled baking sheet. Bake in the oven at a temperature of two hundred degrees approximately forty minutes, stirring occasionally cubes and pouring them with butter and juice. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs and serve with tomato sauce or sour cream.

Baked potatoes in the oven can be made even more original, if you stuff it with a delicious filling. To do this, it is required to boil potatoes in a uniform, and then add the filling and bake for ten minutes in the oven. As a filling, cottage cheese, some hard cheese, dill, green onions, parsley, spices and salt are ideal. Put it in potatoes can be simple - cut along a third of the potato, remove the middle of a teaspoon, fill the space with minced meat and cover with a cut "cap".
