Cooking Strawberry Mousse

We need low-fat cream (200 ml), fresh strawberries (600 g), sugar, vanillin and cognac (30 g).

Thaw the unfrozen fruit in puree with a mixer. In it, add lemon juice, powdered sugar and swollen gelatin. Put the mass on a slow fire and warm it up a little, so that the gelatin is completely melted - you can not boil it, otherwise everything will be spoiled.

The mixture should cool down, and then again beat it at a high speed with a mixer, so that it increases in volume.
