"Children Running from a Storm" - an essay on a picture for schoolchildren

In order to fully convey the emotion and mood in the picture, you need to be a real professional. This is how you can call the artist KE Makovsky, on the basis of which you can write whole works. Often in school, the program includes a task, looking at the artwork "Children Running from a Thunderstorm", writing an essay on the painting. Here you need to clearly plan the outline, so it will be easier. Teach your child to focus on the main thoughts and express beautifully and correctly what he sees in front of him.

"Children Running from a Thunderstorm" essay on a painting for children

The plan can be as follows:

  1. Information describing the artist's works.
  2. What can be seen in the foreground of the picture.
  3. What can be seen in the background of the picture.
  4. At what times was the event depicted on the canvas.
  5. Conclusion.

The artist Makovsky Konstantin very competently managed to express his thoughts and emotions on a piece of paper. This is a big plus, because not all people who paint, can express brightly, expressively and accurately the emotions and mood of what is happening in their picture.

In the foreground of the artistic creation, "Children Running from a Thunderstorm," depicts an average or even low incomes, a girl and her brother. It also shows that the action takes place in a place far from the city. Most likely, this is the outskirts or a village. The girl barefoot carries her brother across the river, over which a frail and wobbly bridge is built, or maybe it's just a piece of wood that she herself put in order not to get into the pond.

Around are visible thickets of various plants and trees. It can be seen that the girl and her brother are frightened and want to get home quickly, so as not to get wet and not become a victim of the disaster. And before that, they were most likely in the forest and gathered mushrooms for dinner, as can be seen from the bundle hanging from the girl on her stomach.

In the background, one can see the forest itself, the field and the sky, which threateningly says that a heavy rain will soon begin.

In all respects it is clear that the event took place in poor times, when people were equal. It is noticeable even on clothes.

I believe that Makovsky conveyed very brightly and correctly the event that is depicted in the picture. Personally, I really liked this work, I would have bought myself such a home.

I believe that this is a very beautiful and emotionally filled picture of Makovsky "Children Running from a Thunderstorm." Composition of the painting to me is not difficult to write, because it conveys all the important details that are clear even to children of my age.

In the foreground of the picture I see children whose parents are not poor and not rich. The girl and her brother are dressed pretty well, my sister even has beads. The only thing that raises doubts about the prosperity of people is that the children are barefoot. Although, perhaps it is good for health, walking without shoes. Apparently, they went for mushrooms, because the girl has a pocket on her stomach, from which mushrooms are visible.

She runs through a small river on a broken bridge, firmly holding her brother, so that he does not fall. The views of the children show fear, they feel that something terrible is approaching. And so they run home at full speed to avoid falling under the rain.

In the background, it can be seen that the action takes place somewhere in the countryside. The field, the forest, the river and lots of vegetation point to it.

Most likely, the moment, imprinted in the picture, was in prerevolutionary times, because the girl and boy with their appearance are completely similar to people living then.

I think that the colors, notes and accents helped the artist to fully convey the emotions of the children, I directly, imagined their fear, looking at this picture.

Emotional composition based on K.E. Makovsky "Children Running from a Thunderstorm"

Of course, stories are much brighter and more impressionable, which are written not just on a sketchy scheme, but with emotions and reasoning. After all, this is not an essay, but the transmission of perceived information. And when asked the child to describe the drawing of the artist "Children Running from a Thunderstorm", the composition of the picture is better stated in your own words, without abstruse phrases and expressions.

Poems for writing

If there is a desire, then you can insert a few poems in your own description. For example:

Children fled from excitement,

From unpleasant blows.

The storm was hurrying after them,

I told them to run home.

***

How terrible and dangerous

Get in the woods under heavy rain.

The storm was hurrying after them,

I returned home back.

What to do in this essay.

Of course, you should not dryly and uninterestingly disclose the theme of the art work, which was portrayed by Konstantin Makovsky. "Children running from a thunderstorm," the composition of the picture allows you to write a bright, filled with emotions and emotions. After all, whatever you look at in this work of art, you can describe in colors and juicy intonations.
