There are times when you need to cook something delicious, but absolutely no time to mess around with some new and intricate recipes. For this case, the ideal option would be baked pasta with cheese. This dish seems simple only at first glance. Nevertheless, in cooking, dozens of very different original ways of preparing it are known. For example, we can consider only some of them.

Some people are confused by the difficulties associated with special temperature and time regimes. To make your work as easy as possible, you can use special equipment for work. The easiest way to make baked pasta with cheese in a multivark.

To do this, you will need to prepare the following mandatory products in advance:

  • 400 grams of pasta, made from flour of solid varieties,
  • 1 onion,
  • Some salt,
  • 150 grams of any hard cheese,
  • A couple of tablespoons vegetable oil.

To make baked macaroni with cheese, you will need to do the following:

  1. At the bottom of the bowl, pour the oil, and from the top to fill the pasta. And they do not need to be boiled beforehand.
  2. Add the onion, cut into cubes.
  3. Turn on the "baking" mode and after that, lightly fry the food for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour water into the bowl so that it slightly covers the inside pasta, and add salt to taste.
  5. Close the lid tightly and install the "pilaf" mode on the panel. Baking will last only a few minutes.
  6. After the sound signal sounds, cover the lid with grated cheese and wait a little while it melts.

Now the ready-made pasta can be laid out on plates and served on a table, sprinkled with fresh herbs.

As easy as pie

Prepare delicious baked pasta with cheese and without the use of smart technology. For this, only a deep frying pan will be needed. In this case, you need the following set of products: for 70 grams of pasta 10 grams of table margarine, 19 grams of cheese and 5-6 grams of creamy butter.

The process technology will also change slightly:

  1. The first thing to do is to put pasta in a pot of boiling water, add salt and boil until half-ready.
  2. Throw the food in a colander, and then refill with oil and mix.
  3. In the frying pan, melt the margarine, and then put the prepared pasta on it. On top, the products can be lightly sprinkled with fat.
  4. Sprinkle them with grated cheese, cover and put on fire. Bake is necessary until a characteristic crust is formed.

To make the dish more fragrant, you can add different favorite spices. To the table such pasta is better served with ketchup or specially prepared for this sauce.

Baking Conditions

Much more tasty are the pasta baked with cheese in the oven. This option can be considered more preferable, because the products are thus exposed to the action of heat from all sides. And this, firstly, allows the dish to be well baked from the inside, and secondly, it gives an amazing ruddy crust.

For work, the following components will be required: 400 grams of macaroni 2 fresh chicken eggs, 200 grams of cheese, a couple of glasses of milk, 2 cloves of garlic, pepper, salt, some Provencal herbs, and 2 tablespoons of flour and butter.

In accordance with this recipe, the preparation process should be carried out in stages:

  1. To start, pasta should be boiled, and then throw them in a colander and rinse well, preferably with cold water.
  2. Grind on a large grater cheese.
  3. Melt the frying pan in the frying pan and mix it thoroughly with flour.
  4. Add the milk and wait until the mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Enter cheese, pepper and take off the prepared sauce from the plate.
  6. Eggs beat up, adding to them crushed garlic.
  7. The resulting mass is combined with pasta and cooked sauce, and then gently put into a mold, processed with oil. On top, the products can be lightly sprinkled with herbs.
  8. The form should be sent to the oven for half an hour, preheating it to 200 degrees.

It is better to serve this dish in a hot form.

With the addition of meat

For a full dinner, it is better to use another recipe and make pasta baked with minced meat and cheese. The dish is more caloric and tasty enough.

This results in a casserole with the following initial ingredients: 300 grams of minced meat will require the same amount of pasta, 1 tablespoon of sour cream and manna cereal, 2 eggs, 280 grams of onions, a little salt and pepper, 100 grams of hard cheese and 15 grams Butter.

To prepare such a dish you need:

  1. Lightly fry minced meat with chopped onions in a pan, adding a little vegetable oil.
  2. Boil the pasta in salted water. After that, they must be filtered and rinsed well. Wait until the water completely drains.
  3. Combine stuffing with pasta.
  4. Introduce sour cream, eggs and mix everything.
  5. Put the resulting mass in a mold well oiled with butter.
  6. Top with poppy and grated cheese.
  7. Send for baking in the oven for 35-40 minutes. The inside temperature should be at least 180 degrees.

The ready-made casserole will only be cut into pieces and served to the table in portions, decorated with fresh herbs.
