Eggplants with tomatoes

For its preparation we take 4 medium tomatoes, 5 not very large eggplants, several cloves of garlic, any greens, 200 grams of mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and vegetable oil. Initially, cut the eggplants in the eggplant and cut them into circles, but not very thick. For this snack it is better to take young vegetables, in which there are no coarse seeds. After 10 minutes they should be thrown back on the sieve to remove moisture. Then fry them in a frying pan for 3 minutes, pour in soy sauce and cook until the vegetables are finally ready. Separately fry the seeds of sesame seeds in a dry container. Lay the eggplant in the plates. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
