You only need: 90 grams of flour, 1 glass of sugar, water and manga, 300 grams of jam (or fresh cherries), as well as one teaspoon of cinnamon and soda (or baking powder).

Method of cooking:

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe and stir well.

Preparing such a pie is also very simple:

  1. First of all, butter should be slightly softened, and then carefully mix it with jam.
  2. Enter the eggs and whisk well the resulting mixture.
  3. Add a manga connected to a baking powder. After thorough mixing, the dough should resemble dense sour cream.
  4. Pour the mass into the mold and send it to the oven.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes with the temperature inside the chamber 180 degrees. The oven must be heated in advance.
  6. Reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and continue baking for another 30 minutes.

The finished dessert does not differ from the others in the same way. It turns out the same magnificent and fragrant. After cooling, the pie can be decorated at its own discretion, using glaze, powdered sugar or fondant.

Steamed cake with yogurt

There is a huge number of various recipes for baking the famous mannik. Among them, everyone is able to find the right option for themselves. For example, you can make a wonderful manicure on kefir with jam. This cake is easy and friable. In addition, it does not use flour, which makes baking itself more useful and less caloric. For work you will need:

0.5 liters of kefir, ¼ kilogram of manga, 2-3 grams of salt, 2 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, 1 packet (10 grams) of baking powder, as much vanilla sugar, 220 grams of currant jam and 30 grams of animal oil ).

The whole process of preparing such a mannik consists of several stages:

  1. Kefir pour into a deep bowl.
  2. Add the mango and carefully mix the products with a whisk.
  3. Cover the container with a napkin and put for a swelling in the refrigerator for a minimum of half an hour. In principle, it can be done from the evening, and in the morning to start cooking.
  4. Separately, beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Combine both masses and only now add the baking powder.
  6. Gradually introduce jam.
  7. The dough should be poured into a mold, processed from inside with butter.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees.

After this, the pie should be cooled, cut into portions and served to the table with coffee or tea.

Milk cake with milk

Any experienced hostess knows several options for a favorite dessert. For example, to pamper your loved ones in the morning with sweet pastries, you can make a wonderful mannik on milk with jam. The following mandatory components will be required: ½ butter pack (100 grams), 1 glass of milk, mango, sugar and flour, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons of jam, ½ teaspoon of citric acid and soda, and 3 grams of vegetable oil (for Processing of the form).

Cook the pie in the following order:
