3. How to bake sugar bread.

Ingredients: three hundred grams of flour, two hundred and fifty grams of butter, melted, two hundred and fifty grams of powdered sugar, two eggs, vanillin on the tip of the knife.

The melted butter is chilled, put in bowls, add to it eggs and chopped for three minutes, adding vanillin and powdered sugar, flour and knead the dough for about twenty minutes.

Then spread it on the flour-strewn table, divide into equal parts (seventy-five grams each), give them the shape of a ball and put it on a greased baking sheet. Before you bake bread at home in the oven, it is smeared with yolk. The finished product is cooled and sprinkled with sugar.

4. Chocolate bread.

Ingredients: one hundred and fifty grams of butter and sugar, five eggs, one hundred grams of chocolate and flour, half-baking powder.

The chocolate is steamed until it becomes soft, then it is ground with butter, yolks, sugar and flour, combined with a baking powder, and whipped whites are added. Stir the dough, which is then spread on the floured baking tray and baked.
