In fact, no examinations were conducted and no criminal case was initiated. All that the doctors did was to ascertain death and send the body to a standard examination, which showed that there were no traces of alcohol or other substances in the blood that could provoke disorientation or loss of control over the management of the car. The artist died instantly, from the injuries.
