Cooking sauce: gravy to buckwheat, potatoes, pasta.

The sauce will improve the taste of the dishes that are familiar to us, make them new, attractive, fragrant and unusually tasty. Usually the sauce is prepared from pieces of meat, fish, vegetables and served to various side dishes. This is a sauce for potatoes, gravy to buckwheat , pasta, stewed vegetables and a variety of cereals. It can be served both hot and cold. To improve the taste of gravy, it puts a variety of spices, and to achieve a thick consistency - add flour. However, gravy in no case should not smell the aroma and taste of the dish itself.

Here are a few recipes for a variety of side dishes.

Roast to buckwheat.

Ingredients.

  • Pork (700 grams);
  • 70 grams of ketchup;
  • Half a liter of water;
  • 2 onions;
  • Bay leaf;
  • Two carrots;
  • Flour (3 tablespoons);
  • Butter (2 tablespoons);
  • Dill, parsley;
  • Pepper, salt, vegetable oil.

  • Flour (tablespoon);
  • Sunflower oil (tablespoon);
  • Onion, salt.

Wash the dried mushrooms in water and soak them in a bowl for 3 hours. Then, in the same water, boil the mushrooms without adding salt. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan (over low heat), add flour (a tablespoon) and lightly brown it until light brown. Then pour the strained mushroom broth (2 cups) into the pan, wait for the sauce to boil, and put it out for another 15 minutes. Finely chop the onions and fry it in butter together with the boiled mushrooms. Mix the fried with onion mushrooms and mushroom sauce. Add finely chopped greens.

The potato is ready for potatoes.

Sour cream sauce for potato dishes.

Ingredients.

  • A glass of meat broth;
  • Half a glass of sour cream;
  • Sunflower oil;
  • Flour (tablespoon);
  • Greens and salt.

Observing all the cooking stages, you will get a very delicate and fragrant gravy. How to cook gravy? First heat low-heat sunflower oil, adding a spoonful of wheat flour. Separately mix the meat broth and sour cream. Dissolve the broth flour, wait for the boil and cook sauce for 10 minutes. In sour cream sauce, add finely chopped greens and salt.

The potato is ready for potatoes.

The gravy to the pasta.

Ingredients.

  • Minced meat (100 gr.);
  • 3 onions;
  • Garlic;
  • Fused cheese;
  • Tomato sauce (50ml.);
  • Pepper, salt.

Fry the mince in a frying pan. Peel the onions and finely chop it. Three grated cheese on grater. Press through the press two cloves of garlic. In a separate frying pan fry the onions with the melted cheese, and put the tomato sauce there. All mix. In the sauce, add pre-roasted minced meat and pour a little water. I will pour the stew for 10 minutes with the lid closed. At the end, we put garlic and remove the sauce from the fire.
