The recipe for bread on the serum

To make bread, you need ingredients:

  1. ½ liter of whey.
  2. Flour 670
  3. Salt - 2 tsp.
  4. Sugar - 1 tbsp. L.
  5. Butter - 45 g.
  6. Dry yeast - 55 g.

Bread on the whey in the oven is cooked quite simply. You can use the one that remained after cooking the cottage cheese. It should be slightly heated. From the whole volume we take only a small part and add yeast, as well as a teaspoon of sugar. The mixture is left for twenty minutes before the formation of the cap.

Then add the rest of the whey, softened butter, sugar and salt. We mix everything with a wooden spoon.
