Very often during pregnancy, there are not too pleasant sensations in the abdomen. For example, many women know how to pull the lower abdomen during pregnancy. Usually a woman's uterus is similar to a pear, however, for pregnancy and gestation this form is not suitable, so the pear-shaped form smoothly passes into an egg-shaped form and is conceived by nature. There is pressure on the ligaments that support the uterus, as a result you get what is called tingling or light pulling sensations.

Pay attention to the allocation accompanying this tingling. Do they look as usual or do they show bloody veins? If the second, then this is an excuse to show the doctor leading your pregnancy, even if such a visit will be unplanned, but believe me, it's worth it.

If you feel like pulling the lower abdomen during pregnancy, but you do not observe bloody discharge or fever, you probably should not worry - the uterus changes its shape and increases in size.
But judging objectively, it should be noted that these are not the only reasons that can cause discomfort in the lower abdomen during pregnancy. Not everything is as simple as we would like.

Perhaps your food is not too balanced or not balanced at all, and you have not even thought about it. Therefore, sipping at the bottom of the abdomen during pregnancy is a kind of signal of the body, that it's time to reconsider your diet and regimen. Often, one more sign in favor of this theory is increased gassing, indigestion and diarrhea. Eat more sour-milk products, vegetables, fruits and drink more water. Ideally, it is better to drink every morning and 30 minutes before eating a glass of herbal tea, for example, chamomile or calendula, or flowers of a dogrose. But in this case, too, it is worth consulting with your doctor, what kind of herbs you are allowed to take, so as not to disrupt the normal course of pregnancy.
Sometimes the pulling pains in the lower abdomen can foreshadow something more serious than changing the uterus or upset stomach. It is possible that hidden inflammatory processes pass through the body and establish their cause - the first priority.

Have you been tested before pregnancy, have you previously had any gynecological diseases? The answer to this question is able to clarify much. And if earlier you had, say, inflammation of the appendages, then the fact that you feel like pulling the lower abdomen during pregnancy is nothing more than an untreated inflammatory disease. Or the chronic disease, dozing earlier, again made itself felt.

Listen to yourself - how intensively and often there are pains in the lower abdomen? While the doctor does not give a definitive answer about the causes of these unpleasant sensations, you can only wait and not panic. Remember that anxiety, psychological depression weakens the defenses of the body, which you especially need during this difficult period.

Tune in for the best, most of all pregnancies proceed without complications, so while the doctor has not figured out the reasons for such pulling pains, do not try to put yourself a disappointing diagnosis yourself.
