The problems of young people are especially acute outside large cities. Against the backdrop of city turmoil, it seems that these problems do not exist at all. Everyone is running somewhere, everyone is busy with something. In the province, things are very different. On face, the progressive disease of modern youth is wildness and degradation. In general, if you understand, the term "problems of youth" over the past 20 years has become another empty sound from the mouth of the government. The same as: "stability", "increase of pensions", "modernization". Is there any "youth" in its true meaning? If in the USSR it was still possible to talk about some kind of community of people of a certain age, if they were grown up, if not in the same conditions, then they were very similar: a single education for the same textbooks, a single view of political life (CPSU), unified media, common opportunities, Social responsibility (for example, military service for young men), but now a full social and economic stratification of a society called a youth is on the face. And by no means did the youth create this problem for themselves. Take, for example, education. All the implemented reforms of the school have shown their inconsistency, and the preparing ones are so absurd and stupid that they have already caused a huge wave of indignation. Everyone rebels: students, teachers, parents. "From above", in response to accusations, only fairy tales about raising the salary and increasing the prestige of work by the teacher come to light. As a result, at the exit from the school we get frightened and confused children. What will they choose next? I think it's not the profession of the teacher ...

A family. It is in her that the child is given the basic rules of life. It is in it that true values such as love, care, friendship are realized. But there is a downside to the coin. Socially disadvantaged families. Just poor people. Being in frustration many such families, see the only way out - alcohol. The consequence is a complete discord in the family. In particular, this is one of the main problems of provincial families. What can a child receive while in a state of constant stress, abuse, humiliation and physical violence. Nothing. In contrast, we can give an example of a well-to-do family from the "elite" of the "bourgeoisie", where the child has everything from an early childhood: nannies, money, cars, apartments, a place in an elite university, work in "Papa organization." In the first case, negativism and aggression are born in the second, narcissism and cynicism. In this problem, there is also not a drop of children's guilt. For many years government "top" has been advocating the extermination of poverty and poverty, for the leveling of living standards, but the result is the same: social stratification was, is and will be, as long as it is at the mercy of the authorities. Because it is the representatives of power that are the people who profit from social inequality, poverty and poverty of a part of society.

The consequence of the foregoing is the following problem: child and adolescent homelessness. The peak came in the 90s. And though now there is a drop in homelessness - this, alas, is not the result of the actions of the authorities, but the fact that most of the "those" homeless children of the nineties grew up completing their way either in prison or in a grave. The problem, again, is not the youth, but the authorities. And the authorities do not intend to solve it. The only thing that can now be done with a homeless person is to put him in the rehabilitation center for a maximum of a month, then pushing him back into the street. And so on in a circle.

According to the generally accepted ideology of capitalism, there is a reference to material well-being, but material resources, due to their absolutely uneven distribution, are not enough for all. Hence another problem - child and adolescent crime. Nobody is going to fight this problem either. Painfully profitable business is to shake out money from parents of teenagers who violated the law with the help of law enforcement agencies.

We can not ignore the problem of sexual exploitation of children, the flowering of teenage prostitution and pornography. Certainly not children came up with this problem. In the context of the social stratification of society, it can be said that children are by no means governors, judges, prosecutors, deputies and officials, but just the same poor from the lower stratum of society. Society that did not leave them the right to choose. An evil joke about girls who came to enter the institute and found themselves on the panel, alas, is a harsh reality.

The key problem is alcoholism and drug addiction. Almost every resident of the province consumes alcohol. The main difference between a drinker and an alcoholic is that the first one works, and the second one does not. Ubiquitous alcoholism is also in the hands of the state. Let's consider an example of "struggle" of the state with alcoholism and tobacco smoking - raising excise taxes on these products. Alcohol and nicotine are strong drugs, but at the same time are not banned and are in free sale. Any addict is ready to pay any money for a dose. It will also be after the excise tax increase. Alcoholics and smokers will buy another bottle and another pack of cigarettes, regardless of the cost. The crown of all is the flourishing of the underground. Counterfeit "flamed" vodka and "left" tobacco will get all the conditions for spreading and flourishing. And the government will have money from both sides.

This is the REAL problem of youth. Alas, it is briefly necessary to mention such problems as:

• The imposed xenophobia (Caucasian and Islamophobia);
• The deprivation of the right of political activity by establishing a one-party regime in the country close to the monarchy.
• The absence of real opposition (not a sham, like the CPRF or the LDPR, but this one)
• Cultural degradation (the extermination of the right media, the cult of "popsovy" information, where in the first place: scandals, violence and sex);
• Degradation of the institution of the family, etc .;

This list can be continued indefinitely, but the essence remains one - the state and the authorities gave birth to these problems and they are not going to solve them. On the contrary, they create new problems. And the solution, unfortunately, is hidden deep in the subconscious of society, which closes all eyes to it. There is a solution. You just need to get bold and act.
