Herbs for sleep with insomnia: a list, ways of cooking and reviews

These substances have a calming and hypnotic effect when taking this herb for sleep.

Like many other drugs, valerian preparations become toxic when the dosage is exceeded. Therefore, you must adhere to the formula. To make the infusion it is necessary to measure a tablespoon of chopped valerian roots (fresh or dried) and pour boiling water (200 ml). Leave the remedy for 15 minutes, and strain it. Infusion can be added to tea or just take 1 tbsp. Spoon three times a day. This reduces anxiety and promotes calm sleep.

Decoction of pulp pulp

Pumpkin has many useful properties, and it is included in folk remedies for sound sleep. Recipes of pumpkin decoctions are absolutely simple. The product is not toxic, and it can be consumed for a long time. A warm pumpkin decoction with honey is prescribed even for children over 3 years old.

Recipe is a little more complicated and will require time and attention. You will need 60 grams of ground roots and 600 grams of boiling water. Pour it with boiling water so that the marinin root boils as quickly as possible. The broth should boil quietly until the liquid in the pan is reduced by a factor of 3. The remaining 200 ml is filtered and cooled. The remedy is taken strictly before bedtime. The period of admission can be 30-40 days, then a break will be required. The use of this herb for sleeping in childhood is not recommended. Receiving decoctions from the marjin root is very useful, but requires certain precautions.

Motherwort

Mint and lemon balm

Peppermint and lemon balm are herbs for sleeping that have a soft effect. Means on the basis of these herbs are prescribed even for newborns. A little bit of infusion can be added to the water for drinking to young children. An infusion of two teaspoons of herbs and a glass of boiling water is prepared. You can drink warm and cold. Adults for taste add a little honey to the cold mint or melissa. Young children do not need to add honey, it can cause allergies.

Prepare an infusion of insomnia from hop cones to ridiculously simple: a tablespoon of cones are immersed in a glass of boiling water, cover with a lid and stand for 3 hours. Take this drug you need 50 ml 3 times a day.
