Rice with meat - a rescue for the hostess!

Probably, every housewife has in her arsenal a recipe "just in case". If suddenly friends come to visit unexpectedly, or colleagues of the husband will come across during a lunch break to have a bite. At such moments, simple cooking and a quick dish is a salvation. And, of course, according to the unwritten law, the products for this dish are always in stock, they are first bought in the store and are waiting for their "star hour". I, for example, have rice with meat. Usually the role of "nz" in the freezer is played by chicken fillet or chicken leg.

Why these products? Yes, because of them you can quickly and easily prepare a few different, satisfying and very tasty dishes. For example, almost always every housewife has a "vegetable stock", namely: onions, carrots, sometimes Bulgarian sweet pepper. Here you are, please, rice with meat, yes vegetables - and pilaf is ready to be ready! All that is needed is to throw rice to boil, and while it is cooking, finely chop the onion, carrots, pepper (if any), save, add finely chopped meat and fry with vegetables. Is Rhys ready? Then rinse, dry and add to meat with vegetables. The main thing is not to digest the rice, so that it is crumbly, a bit firm - do not worry, it will "come" while it is stewed with vegetables, for this you need to cover the dish with a lid and douse to blow away five to seven.

Well, and a few minutes before readiness, cut any greenery that is available in the refrigerator (if it is not there is nothing wrong), and everything is ready! Half an hour - and you are able to feed not only the hungry husband, but all his friends, that came with him "to have a meal for the company." Rice with meat, by the way - very high-calorie foods, it is enough to eat the volume of food that is placed in your closed palms - and you are provided with energy for the whole day.

And in the traditional cuisine of Asia, dishes from rice and meat in general stand alone - history has brought to us several hundred varied, satisfying and delicious masterpieces of cooking. Here, by the way, one simple and quick recipe: rice with meat put on fire in different pots to cook. Rice, of course, will be ready faster, with it you should do the following: mix it with raw whipped yolk, add finely chopped cilantro and dill, put the mixture for 20 minutes bake in the oven. Meat cooked? It's great, cut it finely, sprinkle rice casserole, pour on the meat broth and put it back in the oven for a few minutes. Everything, the dish is ready! Simple and tasty, rice with meat again bailed out, as always! Such a casserole for some reason very fond of children.

Well, and one more, very interesting recipe: fresh cucumbers, green apple, smoked meat finely chopped, add herbs, always lettuce, pine nuts and boiled rice. Stir, pour the sour cream, put in the refrigerator for half an hour. You can serve this salad as a cold snack, and as a completely independent dish.

Now you should definitely say a few words about the drinks that are served to dishes from rice and meat. If you cook with these products a snack - then in this case, of course, you should serve chilled young white wines, always dry. If it is planned hotter - then in this case, a red aged wine, rigorous with a classic taste and a long aftertaste, which will perfectly emphasize the taste of a hot dish, is perfect. If you allow me, I can give one piece of advice: choosing a wine that will decorate your main dish of meat and rice - choose only the Chianti. This magnificent, rich wine of Italy will turn any meal into a chic celebration, will give a unique shade to your hot one, turning it into a real gourmet tale. Do not forget the wine to cool a little in an ice bucket before serving it on the table and, pouring it over the glasses, lightly shake the bottle to give the wine to breathe and reveal its incredible bouquet. All that remains is to wish you a pleasant appetite!
