Very tasty it is possible to prepare pollock. Recipes are different. A dish that will surely please both adults and children is a fish in batter. It will take half a kilogram of pollock, a glass of cream, as much flour, lemon, 2 eggs, sunflower oil, salt.

Fillet of pollock is cut into small pieces. They are watered with lemon juice and salt. Separately, the clay is prepared. To do this, the cream is broken eggs. All this is carefully mixed, salted. Here flour is poured. Everything is again whipped. The main thing is that there should be no lumps in the batter.

Pieces of pollock are dipped in the batter and fried in oil. On the table, this dish can get in as a hot or ordinary snack.
