Currently, many work part-time, having a permanent job. Naturally, when it becomes possible to obtain an additional source of income, not everyone thinks about whether the second job will somehow be taken into account in the labor one. What the law says

The employment form contains all information about all official places of work of the citizen and is an important document in the calculation of the length of service. According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, if a natural person has one more place to work, in addition to the main job, this information can not be entered into the labor one. Time limits

If an employee of the organization intends to be a part-time, he needs to know that Russian legislation provides for temporary restrictions for additional official earnings. It turns out that the number of sub-works of the RF TC is not limited, but there are time frames.

It turns out that according to the rules a part-time worker can work no more than four hours a day, and this is 16 hours a week. That is, in addition to the main work, a citizen can work a specified amount of time (less - you can, but more - no). Based on this, the maximum number of sub-jobs can not exceed two.

Why to write

If the law allows you not to make notes about additional official work, why do many employees insist on entering information on part-time work?

First, everyone knows that any record is a work record, and its presence affects the calculation of a pension in the future. Secondly, an additional record of the work performed can greatly help with further employment. A record of part-time jobs will be a direct proof of the professional competence of the employee.

There are situations when the management of the organization is categorically opposed to extraneous records in the labor one, so the employee will have to defend his desire to make a corresponding mark.

The recording of part-time jobs does not differ from the filling of the work place in the main place of work. Significant difference in the completion of the document is only in the types of part-time. When internal alignment does not specify the organization that accepts the employee for the position, and with the external it is indicated.

External compatibility

Under external compatibility understand the official employment with another employer. The employment agreement must contain, in addition to the main points, additional. They contain information on the fact of compatibility and the terms of execution of duties.

But these norms apply to civil servants, but as for private organizations, there are no strict norms here, although recycling is not welcome. A citizen must work no more than 40 hours a week.

Also, part-time work should not take more time than the main job.

How should the work be paid? The payment is established by the employer himself. It can come from hourly pay, from the amount of work performed, general indicators, etc., or it can set a full rate, which is determined for a particular position. Any of the listed facts should be reflected in the employment agreement.

Whether to make a record in the workbook about external compatibility or not is a private matter of the citizen. If the employer does not object at the main place, the employee can submit all the information from the second job for recording.

Internal compatibility

Internal compatibility involves an additional position for the same employer, where the main work is carried out. Here you do not need to show additional documents, it is enough to express the desire to work for one more position (if there is one in the open vacancies of the company).

From a part-time employee - to employees

It also happens that the part-time worker leaves his main job and wants to get into the state for a second job. In this case, an additional agreement is made on changes in working conditions. The document contains the following information:

  • A mode of labor activity;
  • Changes in pay;
  • Labor duties.

At the main place of work, a citizen must resign at his own request, which is recorded in the workplace. And on the spot where until that moment the part-time was registered, - sign an additional agreement on hiring on an ongoing basis. A corresponding entry is also made in the workplace.
