So, take onions, tomato paste, wine vinegar, walnuts, fat chicken carcass, greens, adzhiku (you can dry), seasonings: uхоxo-suneli, harko-suneli, bay leaf, coriander. Wash the chicken, put it on a thick-walled saucepan. Pour water to cover it with meat. How the broth will boil, remove the foam, cook for 15 minutes. Then drain and drain the liquid. The hen should continue to stew in its own juice. At the same time, set the fire to minimum. While the meat is cooked, chop the onion, chop the nuts. Chopped cilantro should be ground with nuts in a mortar. Now again pour the chicken with broth, after boiling add the onion, tomato paste, nuts and spices. Add salt. The dish is ready.
