Bean soup with meat - tasty, healthy, nutritious

When it comes to a delicious dinner, everyone leaves their business and runs to the kitchen. Expectations about lunch can be very different, but most importantly, do not disappoint your loved ones! To diversify the diet and please loved ones, cook bean soup with meat, it will be not only tasty, but also useful.

Beans are rich in carbohydrates and proteins (bean proteins are digested by more than 70 percent), vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, PP, macro- and microelements (iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, copper). Underestimate its usefulness is simply impossible! Since ancient times our ancestors used it as a medicine. At this stage in the development of medicine, beans help to fight against diabetes and other serious diseases of the endocrine system. The peculiarity of cooking beans is that it must be soaked before cooking, in this case, most of the useful qualities of beans are preserved. Despite the low-calorie bean soup, when you use it quickly appears a feeling of saturation, so it is perfect for those who follow a diet. However, it should be noted that bean soup with meat should not be consumed by people suffering from gastrointestinal and kidney diseases during the period of exacerbation of the disease.

How to cook soup with meat and beans? Yes it is very simple, so even a novice housewife will cope with this simple task. First you need to wash the beans, then soak it for half a day. When the time is approaching dinner, read out the meat: wash it, fill it with water and cook for 10-15 minutes. The first meat broth will need to be drained. Next, the meat is washed with cold water, beans and onions are added, everything is filled with water and cooked until the beans and meat are ready. Do not forget that when water boils, you need to throw a pinch of salt so that the meat can get a taste. When the bean soup with meat is almost ready, add carrots, potatoes and bay leaves to it. Before you pour it on plates, for flavor you can add greens: dill and parsley, as well as pepper (at your discretion).

As mentioned earlier, bean soup is not only very nutritious, but also useful. Therefore, we will share another recipe for how to make soup with beans and meat. Ingredients are the same as in the previous recipe only with the addition of tomato paste. Beans, as before, washed and soaked in cold water for 7-8 hours. Meat washed, dried with a paper towel and cut into pieces, which are then fried in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil. After the meat has been roasted to a ruddy color, we transfer it to a pan, there we also spread the beans, fill it with water and put it on medium fire. After the boil, you need to remove the foam, add salt and pepper to taste and cook until the beans are ready. Next, put the potatoes in small pots into a saucepan. While potatoes are being brewed, fry the chopped onions and carrots cut into straws in vegetable oil until golden brown. After roasting, add to the onions and carrots 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes, and afterwards, too, we send to the soup pot. A few minutes before the readiness, we add laurel leaves and finely chopped greens (dill, parsley). After switching off, let it brew for 7-10 minutes.

Bean soup with meat is not all that the cooks can surprise you with. Dishes from beans - this inexpensive, but indispensable for us product, a great variety.
