Fern: recipe with potatoes and meat
Edible species of ferns are very popular in the European part of Russia, as well as in China and Korea. Of these, many delicious dishes are prepared.
Fried fern. Recipe with meat
Take four hundred grams of good beef tenderloin. Its freshness can be determined by pressing down on the meat with your finger - the dent should be quickly dealt with. If you want to cook just such a fern, the recipe requires about two hundred grams - this is one standard pack. In addition, you will need four tablespoons of vegetable oil, a mixture of your favorite spices (well with this dish combine paprika, red pepper and mustard seed), a pair of cloves of garlic and salt to taste. Braised fern. Recipe with potatoes
For this nutritious dish, take half a kilogram of potatoes. It is advisable to pick up tubers of this sort, which becomes friable during cooking. You will need two hundred and fifty grams of salted fern, vegetable oil, fatty sour cream, black pepper. Potatoes must be cut into cubes, straws or slabs. Fern soak in cold water for twenty-four hours before you cook. After this, the product must be rinsed, wrung out, cut, cut. Prepared fern put in hot oil, fry for five minutes. Add the potatoes and simmer for another fifteen minutes. Then you need to pour in the frying pan sour cream or cream (the amount depends on the desired fat content of the dish, about 50-100 grams) and cook another fifteen minutes. Serve the dish better hot. You can also prepare a fern with meat and potatoes at the same time, you can add other vegetables, such as sweet peppers, carrots, onions.
