  • At least several times a day you need to wash your nose. The best solutions for this purpose are saline solutions. You can prepare an infusion of sea salt and chamomile (1 tablespoon herbs, 1 tablespoon salt, a glass of boiling water).
  • Another way to treat sinusitis in the home: as an alternative to pharmacy (or supplement to them) 3-4 times a day to wash the nose with freshly squeezed juices (fruit and vegetable). It is very effective to apply garlic in the same way.
  • Once every three days, you can use alcoholic tincture of propolis, mixed in equal proportions with olive or peach oil. You can dilute propolis with water and use as ordinary drops.
  • Bury the sea buckthorn oil. If burning occurs during the procedure, it should be diluted with sunflower. Before using sea-buckthorn drops with genyantritis, it is necessary to wash the nose.
  • In the case of acute sinusitis, you can use ordinary ... soap! Brown soap should be chopped, pour goat milk. Stir the mixture to a boil, stirring. Then add a tablespoon of onion and olive oil juice, as well as a little honey. Prepared ointment is recommended to store in the refrigerator, and nostrils lubricate with a cotton swab.

Do I need a puncture?

People, faced with such a disease as sinusitis, often experience because of the established stereotype that maxillary sinusitis is almost always a puncture. However, experienced ENTs claim: a puncture in genyantritis is indicated only when it is not possible to remove pus naturally.
