Bodybuilding and fitness for Dmitry Klimov is life. He always practiced sports and now does not throw it for a minute. By the age of 28 he is already the champion of St. Petersburg in bodybuilding, the master of sports, the champion of Russia (2008), and also the champion of Eastern Europe in the nomination "Bodybuilding - 90 kg".

Why bodybuilding?

Dmitry Klimov deals exclusively for himself. And he came to the bodybuilding because of the large amount of free time. Life had to be filled with something.

The first time the athlete performed in 1995. He did not receive any awards, but declared himself. Only the third performance brought him a medal for the third place. Many fans of bodybuilding remember Dmitry only since 1998. Then he won the junior tournament. A series of victories and successes began.

Only in 2002 the athlete, although he participated in tournaments and competitions, but did not occupy seats. And it's in the transition from youth to masculine. Preparation is needed is completely different.

Dima is working on training the muscles that need improvement. In one season he "pulls" his torso, in the other - pays close attention to the legs, and then adds an additional volume. It is important that you want to highlight. Above that, we have to work in a strengthened mode.

It is necessary to give each stage of training enough time.

As for force indicators, at the moment the best indicator is squatting with a weight of 280 kg. Dmitry Klimov does not seek to use a lot of weight. His main philosophy is to pull out the heaviest of the exercises. Easy ways to win the athlete is not.

Diet of the bodybuilder

Dima does not use any special complexes for athletes. Previously, he used sports and pharmacy complexes, but quickly refused them. Depending on the stage of preparation, the athlete eats up to 6 times a day. As the contest approaches, the number of meals should be reduced. Of course, the diet includes useful proteins, complex carbohydrates.

Dmitry does not think about what is proper nutrition. He does not sit on diets, sometimes he allows himself excess. The main thing is that he is working on himself. And it's very good at it. No wonder he has already acquired a lot of titles and does not stop there. And now it also helps young guys succeed!
