On top of the patties make small incisions. In this form, puffs are put on a baking sheet and sent to the oven. After 15 minutes they are sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar and sent for 5 minutes more brown. With hot tea - this is an excellent treat.

Sloyaki. Recipe with marzipan

Exotic and non-ordinary puffs with marzipan are obtained. To prepare, you need a pack of puff pastry, 100 g of any nuts (very tasty with almonds), 1 egg and a tablespoon of sugar. First, make a marzipan mixture. To do this, scroll the nuts in the meat grinder and add the egg and sugar in them. All these ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

The dough is rolled onto thin plates and cut into squares. Inside, put the filling and folds into the envelope. Be sure to cut the edges of the puffs and carefully prishchipnut. Then it must be mixed with sugar and allow this mass to stand until the juice is isolated. The dough in turn is divided into flat cubes, where the filling is put. The squares are folded and protected. In the oven, puff pastry should be baked for 20-25 minutes until they turn golden.

Puffs with meat. The recipe is ample

As a supplement to the dinner meat puff cakes are suitable. Prepare them easily. It is necessary to take a pack of dough, half a kilogram of minced meat, 3 onion heads and salt with pepper.
