This recipe for cupcakes in molds can be used to make twelve small cupcakes or one large cupcake. Prepare the dough as follows. First you need to melt the butter, and then let it cool down a little. Meanwhile, loose products are mixed: flour, salt and baking powder.

Egg must be beaten separately, add sugar, kefir, vanillin and cooled butter. If the eggs are small, you need to take two small ones. Now all the components must be mixed well, poured into molds pre-oiled, and baked in an oven heated to two hundred degrees for 35 minutes.

The finished cupcakes are still sprinkled with powdered sugar, then cooled and served on the table. Cupcakes can be cooked with berries, poppy seeds or raisins. From berries very well suited for bilberries, cherries and cranberries.

To prepare cupcakes with raisins in molds, you need to take the following products:

* Flour 2 cups
* Margarine or oil 150 gr
* Sugar 1 glass
* Sour cream 1 glass
* Eggs 3 pieces
*Soda
*Vanillin
* Lemon 0,5 pcs
* Raisins 100 gr

To make a dough, you need to dissolve margarine in a saucepan and add sugar. Eggs must be beaten with zest, taken from a half lemon and squeezed lemon juice and combined with margarine. Then you need to knead the dough, alternately adding sour cream and flour. To make the dough crumbly, it is injected with soda, stewed with boiling water. After this, it must be well mixed.

Raisins should be washed, dried and mixed with flour. It can be added to the dough at once, or you can prepare cupcakes with raisins in molds differently: the oiled molds are filled with two-thirds of the test, then the prepared raisins are laid out and the top is covered with the remaining dough. With this method, the raisins will be distributed more uniformly in shape.

Bake in preheated oven. To determine readiness, you need to take a toothpick or a stick and puncture the cupcake. If the wand remained dry - everything is ready. Finished culinary products are poured with sugar glaze or sprinkled with powder.

Cupcakes are good because they are very tasty and quickly prepared, and the recipe for muffins in the molds contains a standard set of products that are always available in any home: sour cream, eggs, butter, flour and sugar.

Well, if there is cottage cheese in the refrigerator, you can cook very delicate curd cakes in molds. It will take:

* Flour 400 gr
* Curd 500g
* Margarine or oil 200 gr
* Sugar 2 tablespoons
* Eggs 4 pieces
* Soda 1 teaspoon,
*Vanilla sugar
* Raisins 3-4 tablespoons

To prepare the dough, beat the eggs with sugar, then, whilst continuing to beat, add soda and vanilla sugar. To this mass, add cottage cheese, softened margarine and gradually, without stopping to whip, inject flour. Prepared raisins put in dough and mix.

After the ready-made cottage cheese muffins in the molds are left until completely cooled and then taken out. Before serving, cakes are sprinkled with cinnamon or powdered sugar. The recipe for muffins in molds can be changed depending on the products available.
