Crochet hook: diagram and description

Pothaking - this is the object, without which the kitchen of any mistress will not cost. You can make it yourself by any method of needlework, not left without attention and hook-hook. The scheme of her knitting can be either the most simple, or requiring special skills of the needlewoman. Crochet is not only a pleasant pastime, but always an interesting result. After all, a thing made by own hands, always adds to the interior of individuality and color.

Types and purposes of tack welds

Of course, crochet remains in the priority of production. Schemes of tackles are presented today in huge numbers. The shape of the product can be different: square, round, polygonal, in the form of animals, birds and many other objects. Basically, all the circuits are conducted in a circle with a uniform addition of knitting elements, but there are other examples. The most elementary option will be a product made of elements such as a column without a crochet.

For pothooks, it is better to use a thick or folded yarn that will ensure a sufficient density of the web. Because the potholder must withstand the heat and protect your hands from burns, this is its main function. Do not use patterns with a large number of holes in this product. And if you still decide to knit hooks, the scheme and description of which imply an openwork pattern, then execute them in two layers or compact with a lining cloth. As a lining, you can use a non-woven or cotton cloth.

Crochet hooks with charts for beginners

Material for such work is desirable to take natural: cotton, linen, wool, because synthetic fibers under the influence of temperature will begin to melt. You can use threads of different colors, combining them into drawings. Fantasize, this will make crocheting more interesting. Schemes of tackles are now presented in huge numbers. As a material, the remnants of yarn or yarns obtained from old things are quite suitable. The hook must be used no lower than the 4th number.

Square potholder bound

The order of work is as follows:

  1. We perform 35 air loops, which will serve as the basis.
  2. We begin to knit the row from the first lifting loop and continue the rows without the crochet.
  3. Turn the work and continue to knit a number similar to the first. Such series in the end you should get 35.
  4. When the square is ready, proceed to the strapping. It is also performed with columns without a crochet. In each corner loop we tie three bars. To make a loop, on which your tack will hang, we make a set of chains of air loops. We bind them also with columns without a crochet. Your tuck is ready.

After spending a small amount of time, you will receive the necessary thing, which will be very useful for you - it's hook-hook. The scheme assumes a square shape, so the number of loops and rows should be the same, but not necessarily equal to 35 (this value can vary).

Square potholder in a circle

The vast majority of products are made by knitting in a circle. Work begins in all cases on the same principle, and then it is conducted according to the individual pattern. Consider hooks crocheted with circuits circular. One of the simplest versions is performed according to the following rules:

  1. We dial the air loops, in this case four, and close the ring.
  2. We perform the first lifting loop and knit the row in this order: a column without a crochet and 2 more loops. In total, there should be four such combinations in the series. We close the row with the help of a connecting column.
  3. All subsequent series are performed in this order. We knit the climb, then in each loop of the lower row we make 2 posts without a crochet, between which there will be 2 air loops. And then another 1 air loop. We repeat this combination to the end. Between all the columns without a crochet, 1 loop will be sewn, and at the corners - 2 (for correct rounding).
  4. Having reached the required size, we make an openwork edge: in the loop of the bottom row there are 2 columns without a crochet and 4 loops.

Hexagon shape

Another option is a rectangular crochet hook, the diagram of which is presented below. To execute such a product will not be difficult, the main thing is to stick to the presented scheme. The associated tack will look no less spectacular than the examples above.

Having made a simple product with your own hands, you can start to perform more complex hooks, crocheted, with the schemes which you will understand without difficulty.

Watermelon slice

You will need woolen threads of four colors (red, white, green, black), from which the crochet hook will be performed. The scheme assumes the following sequence of works:

  1. We select five air loops and close them with a ring.
  2. We perform the first lifting loop, then we sew a row with columns without a crochet. Be sure to end each series by knitting the beginning of the knitting with the end of the connecting post.
  3. Next, we continue knitting with columns with a crochet, increasing their number in each row by half. Each series ends with a join.
  4. Having reached the necessary diameter, proceed to knit crochet. Tear off the red thread and attach the white thread. By analogy with the previous ones, we sew one row with white threads.

Assembling potholders - watermelon slice

We fold knitting in half so that the initial loop is on the fold. We make the edging, join the two halves together, but not across the whole semicircle. On one side of the lobule we leave the passage for the hand. You can only trim the fringing with columns with a crochet, or you can make it embossed. For this, in one loop we tie three columns without a crochet, and then through one. In the end we make a hanging part from the air loops, which also need to be decorated with columns without a crochet. It remains only to embroider with black thread seeds.

The product in the form of a spiral

Spiral form - a rather unusual option. There is a special way that we knit crochet hooks. Schemes for this option is not, you just need to observe the necessary consistency in the process of work:

  1. We take the blue thread and execute the ring in the form of a sliding loop.
  2. We knit climbing in 3 loops, then 3 stitches with a crochet. We increase the loop on the hook and remove it.
  3. We pass to another color - we take a thread of beige color and attach it to the ring.
  4. We repeat the same way as with a blue thread: 3 air loops with 3 bars.
  5. We attach the remaining blue thread and repeat, as with the previous ones.
  6. Continue knitting in the same color, under the lifting loops of blue color we perform the columns with a crochet in the amount of 4.
  7. In the loop of the base of the blue color we place 2 columns with a crochet. Pull the loop and leave.
  8. The same is repeated with blue and beige threads.
  9. Next we are knitting a thread of beige color. Alternating is done in the following order: in the first loop of the base we make one column with a crochet, in the second - two.
  10. We knit further in the same sequence, alternating colors, until we reach the required size, now go to the close.
  11. Each thread is closed like this: we perform 1 half-bar with a crochet, 1 column without a crochet and 1 connecting.

Now it remains to make the binding of the whole circle by the step in step and to make a loop for hanging.
