Pie with lemon - tasty and simple

If you've never baked pies before, but you always wanted to bake a sponge cake or a pie with grated apples, then you need to fix this situation. For pie lovers, and for those who are just starting to learn the craft of baking, we have prepared several different recipes, among which you can choose one that will be to your liking.

Pie with lemon and apricots
I must say that the very combination of apricot and lemon is very successful. Of course, you can replace the lemon with orange, but the taste will be completely different. For the preparation of the pie, no special products are required, and it is not particularly difficult to prepare such a pie with a lemon.

For a pie, you will need:
• half a kilogram of margarine;
• two glasses of sugar;
• four eggs;
• five glasses of flour;
• One batch of baking powder for dough.

For filling:
• about 400 grams of apricots;
• one lemon;
• 175 grams of sugar;
• one orange;
• Another 175 grams of sugar.

Cooking method:
1. In advance, we spread the margarine on the table, so that by the time the dough is made it has become soft. Then, soft margarine is beaten to a homogeneous mass with sugar and we add eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder, add to margarine and knead the dough.
2. The resulting dough is divided into three parts. One part is divided into balls (for the dough to freeze more quickly) and put in the freezer for about an hour, and two parts of the dough should be wrapped in a film and simply put in the refrigerator.
3. While the dough is freezing, you can prepare the filling. Take the lemon and rub it on the grater. Then add 175 grams of sugar. In another dish, rub an orange and also 175 grams of sugar.
4. We cover the baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough out of the refrigerator onto it.
5. Then on the dough you need to evenly lay the apricots. Pour one half of the test with a lemon mixture and the other with an orange mixture.
6. Now you can get our balls from the freezer and rub them over top of the filling.
7. Put our cake in the preheated oven to about 180 degrees. Baking time is about forty minutes.
8. In fact, during the writing of this recipe it was already possible to cook the pie itself!

Pie with lemon and cranberries
Ingredients for pie:
• 300 grams of butter (you can take margarine);
• one full glass of sugar;
• three eggs and two proteins;
• two lemons (more precisely juice from them);
• 600 grams of flour;
• 15 grams of baking powder.

Ingredients for sprinkling:
• two yolks;
• One hundred grams of butter (again you can take margarine);
• two hundred grams of sugar;
• a peel of two lemons;
• 200 grams of flour.

Filling:
• 300 grams of cranberries.

The recipe for pie:
1. First you need to make a dough. To do this, rub the butter with sugar, then add lemon juice and mix. Next, add baking powder and flour. The dough should not turn out to be steep.
2. We prepare the powder. We rub the yolks with sugar, zest and butter, then add the flour and stir in such a way that the baby will turn out.
3. Put the paper on the baking sheet or smear it with sunflower oil and on top - dough. Properly level.
4. On our dough lay out the ready-made cranberries.
5. Sprinkle the crumb over the cranberries and spread it.
6. Bake our pie with a lemon needs at 180 degrees for forty minutes.

Quince Cake
For the test, you will need:
• One hundred gram of sugar;
• One hundred grams of soft butter;
• 250-300 grams of flour;
• one egg.

We cook the dough. Mix the soft butter with the egg and sugar. All the beans are beaten well, add flour and we can knead the dough. It should be such that it does not stick to your hands. We remove the finished dough into a bag and hide it in the refrigerator.

For the filling you will need:
• two quince sliced with thin slices sprinkled with lemon juice.
To fill, you need:
• 125 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
• 2-3 tablespoons sour cream 30% fat. If you take sour cream with another fat content, then radically it will not change anything;
• Sugar powder (be guided by your taste);
• Four tablespoons of starch;
• Three eggs.

We prepare the fill. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, starch, powder and yolks, until a uniform mass is obtained. Whisk the whites separately, and then slowly introduce into the curd mixture.

In the prepared form we spread our dough from the refrigerator and make the skirts. At the bottom lay out the quince and cover with a fill. You can leave a few slices of quince to decorate the cake. Pie in the oven for about forty minutes. The temperature should be 180-200 degrees. The oven must be preheated.
