  5. If friable porridge is prepared, then the proportions of water should be 2: 1, and you need to remove from the fire when the croup is slightly undercooked, but so that all the water is absorbed.

To make milk porridge you will need: a glass passed, 1 liter of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little butter and salt. It is prepared very simply:

  • Pour milk;
  • Add sugar and salt to taste;
  • Cook on low heat until cooked;
  • In the end you can add oil.

Another recipe is a porridge with milk. Usually such porridge is prepared for children. Food for cooking: for 1 part you need to take 4 parts of milk, a little water, butter, sugar and salt. You need to pour in a bowl of boiled water and cook until the water is completely absorbed. After this, pre-warmed milk and other products should be added.
