Cooking roll from turkey

Meat of turkey in many respects corresponds to the usual chicken. But there are also advantages that make a turkey more attractive for eating. The most important thing is the protein content. Of course, you can not call a chicken a poor source of this useful element, but in turkey its concentration is higher. Such meat can be called with full confidence dietary. It is low-calorie and at the same time very nutritious. And how to prepare a roll from turkey? Recipes for some dishes:

Roll of turkey with mushrooms

A kilogram whole piece of turkey fillet is very carefully cut with a sharp knife along, but not to the end, without reaching a complete cut about a centimeter from one edge. Now open a piece of meat like a book. This piece is repulsed, but that it does not fall apart, but remains whole and without holes. The side where the filling will be peppered with pepper, salt and a small amount of mustard.

100 grams of champignons cut into strips, chop five cloves of garlic, send the ingredients to fry for 10 minutes.

In a bowl cut one Bulgarian sweet pepper, 200 grams of cheese, put the cooled mushrooms, crumble green onions. Mix everything, add salt and spices.

Now put the stuffing on a layer of meat and roll the roll from turkey. So that it does not fall apart, tie it with a thread.

Prepare the sauce. 100 ml. Wine, a couple of spoons of mayonnaise, 50 grams of vegetable oil. All this salt and mix. Lubricate the received mass from the outside with a roll. Put the dish to cook in the oven for an hour and a half. In the process of baking, periodically roll the roll with a dressing sauce.

Roll of turkey with broccoli

400 grams of turkey divided into two parts and discouraged. Chops should turn thin, but not tear. Now the meat must be marinated. To do this, take a whole plastic bag, pour some vegetable oil into it, fill up any seasonings. Put the chops in a bag, roll them well in spices and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

After you get the turkey, sprinkle each piece with grated cheese, and put broccoli on it (you'll need about 100 grams). Now roll the meat rolls, tie them with thread. First fry them for a couple of minutes on each side in a frying pan, then put in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Roll of turkey with apples

A piece of turkey in 1 - 1.2 kg is cut lengthwise into two pieces of the same thickness. Cover each with food film and discourage.

Bulb and fresh champignons in the amount of 200 grams to cut very finely. Heat the frying pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil, put onion, fry for five minutes, then put the mushrooms to it. Strain 10 minutes and add 50 grams of walnuts (chop), after a minute remove from heat.

100 grams of chicken fillet through a meat grinder, mix the resulting minced meat with one egg and chopped parsley. Now combine the forcemeat with the mushrooms and stir, not forgetting to salt and add any desired seasonings.

Lay out the layers of the battered turkey so that one will go into the other, and together they form one large rectangular piece. Evenly distributed over the entire surface of the prepared filling. Roll a tight roll of turkey, and so that it does not turn around during the preparation, tie it with a string.

First, in a frying pan, fry the roll in oil on both sides to a ruddy crust, but not for long. Now cut 300 grams of apples and put them to a roll. Pour the dish with a mixture of a glass of cider and a glass of chicken broth.

Put the roll baked in an oven, heated to a temperature of at least 180 degrees, for half an hour.

Melt 50 grams of butter and pour the dish before serving. Serve dishes with apples.

All these dishes are perfectly combined with rice.
