Soup with noodles and chicken is extremely easy to prepare. Since it debuts most of the young housewives. The most budgetary option will be a special "soup set", and the traditional one is a whole carcass. But, in principle, you can take half a kilogram of shins, wings or thighs. The carcass should be gutted and cut into smaller pieces before use.

Soup with vermicelli and chicken is primarily a broth. He is the basis of everything. The meat is washed, put into a large saucepan and poured into the water. There we also send a laurel leaf, peeled carrots, parsley root and a large onion. Attention: we do not cut vegetables, but throw them whole. Some mistresses prefer not even to peel the bulb from the husks, believing that it will give the broth a beautiful amber color. Put the pan on the stove. When the water boils, we reduce the heat and remove the foam - the so-called "noise". If it is not removed, the broth will come out cloudy. Slightly salt and pepper the water and cook for about 50 minutes over low heat.

Do not sit idly by this time. We clean 3-4 potatoes, three more carrots, finely sliced onions. When the broth is ready - it is easy to check: the chicken should become soft, the meat is easily separated from the bones. Take the second pan, we put a colander in it. We poured the broth into it. Cooked root vegetables are thrown away - they have already given all their flavor and taste to the navar. We also remove the bones. We divide the fillet into pieces and return it to the pan. But the broth is the main ingredient of the dish called "Soup with noodles and chicken". So again put the pan on the fire.

Potatoes are cut into cubes or cubes. Throw into the broth. After the liquid boils, you need to boil the potatoes with a quarter of an hour. This time is enough to make a roast. We put a frying pan on the fire, pour some vegetable oil into it. When it is warmed up properly, spread a finely chopped onion. We stir constantly so that it fires evenly. Wait until the onion becomes glassy, translucent, and add grated carrots to the frying pan. Stir well with a wooden spatula. Add the roast in the soup with chicken and pasta.

Cook another five minutes. Try your dish: maybe you need salt or pepper, throw a pinch of seasonings? Now it's time for pasta. Do not overdo with them - three liters of broth are enough two handfuls. How much to cook further soup with vermicelli and chicken, depends on the time of preparation of pasta, which is indicated on their packaging. As a student option I can recommend dry Vietnamese noodles - it generally does not need to be cooked. Turn off the fire under the pot, add chopped parsley or dill greens, close the lid and let it brew.
