Soup with shrimps: a recipe for real gourmets

Let's prepare the necessary products:

· Half a kilo of fresh shrimp;

· A teaspoon of red curry paste;

· A teaspoon of chili powder;

· One onion;

· Half a head of Chinese cabbage (choose small kochanchik);

· Rice;

· The stalk of celery;

· Half a lemon;

· Salt to taste, as well as glutamate.

Preparation:

1. Cut finely onions and fry. Transfer it into a pot of water and bring to a boil, then add salt, glutamate to taste.

2. Add pepper to our soup, pour rice. We bring the soup to a boil and put it on a small fire.

3. Shrimp, previously cleaned, put in a saucepan, there we send a lemon, cut into slices.

4. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the soup over a small fire for about 5 minutes.

5. The most important thing is not to digest shrimp, as their meat will be very tough.

6. Cut slices of celery, do the same with cabbage. Put all the greens in a saucepan, cook another 5 minutes and turn it off.

Cheese soup with shrimps

To prepare soup for this recipe, we need:

· Four or five pieces of medium potatoes;

· One onion;

• three hundred grams of shrimps already peeled;

· Four hundred grams of melted cheese;

· One carrot;

· One and a half liters of chicken broth ;

· Two hundred grams of 30% cream;

· A tablespoon of olive oil;

· To taste salt;

One (two) garlic cloves.

Preparation:

· Bulb, potatoes and carrots are well washed, cut into pieces, put in chicken broth and cook until ready, not forgetting to add olive oil and taste salt.

· Boil the shrimp separately.

· Remove the boiled vegetables from the broth. Using a blender, give them a puree state. Put it back in the broth.

· When the soup is boiling, add garlic and gradually melted cheese, cut into small pieces. Then send the shrimp, pour the cream.

· Constantly stirring, bring the soup to a boil over medium heat, and then remove.

· When serving, add a little greens.

About shrimp. If you do not want them to swim in the soup in their entirety, then treat them as you do with vegetables: grind them in a blender.

Shrimp soup with mushrooms

Take a liter of broth, half a kilo of shrimp, two hundred grams of champignons and bamboo shoots, one hundred grams of green peas, coriander, green onions, pepper, soy sauce, salt.

Preparation: fresh shrimp (be sure to pay attention to their shelf life) boil. Sprouts, mushrooms and spring onion. Add pepper, onion, salt and bring to a boil. Cook on medium heat for about seven minutes. After this, put into the broth of peas, sprouts and mushrooms, cook another five minutes (after boiling).
