Special Journals

The form and rules of journaling are provided for in the Regulations on the conduct of construction control in the manufacture of certain types of construction and installation works.

Geodetic center

Its creation is the responsibility of the customer / developer. The person who carries out the construction, performs geodetic work, controls the accuracy of the parameters, executive surveys.

The purpose of the creation of the basic framework is to obtain the initial data. The process includes:

  1. Formation of the construction site network.
  2. Carrying out the main / main axes of the structure.

The construction of the construction site network can be conditioned by the need to create an external network of the building. It, in turn, is formed for bringing into nature and fixing the design parameters of the facility, performing detailed layout activities and executive surveys.

The planned site network is created as:

  1. The construction grid, the size of the sides of which is 50, 100 or 200 m.
  2. Red or other lines of regulation of the building area.

In practice, other types of networks can be used.

Geodetic survey

It is carried out after the completion of each stage of work, the erection of a part of the structure. During shooting, the planned and altitude position of the verified, permanently fixed elements and structures of the building is determined.

Geodetic survey allows to solve problems on:

  1. Providing for systematic control and accounting of the volume of construction and installation works.
  2. Identifying the compliance of the implemented activities with the given project for the timely elimination of the deviations that have arisen.
  3. Determination of the actual position of the parts and structures of the building.

Geodetic schemes

They are made according to the results of filming. Depending on the structural features of buildings / buildings, executive schemes are drawn up:

  1. On the center works.
  2. Underground parts of structures. It includes a ready-made foundation pit, a roadbed of roads, pile fields, foundations of all kinds, cellar walls, etc.
  3. Aboveground parts of buildings. The scheme includes information on the planned and high-altitude surveys of columns, their consoles and headers, tracks and crane girders, each floor, lift shafts.

At the final stage of the zero cycle, an executive diagram of the planned altitude position of the elements of the basement part of the structure is created. It reflects the actual position of the axes, as well as the displacement of the walls relative to the design parameters.

The executive geodetic documentation is signed by the surveyor, the executor of the works, the person performing construction control, and also the representative of the customer (builder). It is made in two copies. One of them remains on the construction site, the second - is transferred to the production and technical subdivision of the entity that is building.

Survey of hidden construction and installation works

In the course of construction, the following estimate is made:

  • Performed activities, the results of which affect safety, however, according to the adopted technology, can not be controlled after the beginning of the following works;
  • Executed structures, sections of engineering and technical networks, the elimination of defects in which (if detected during the inspection) can not be performed without damage or disassembly of other elements.

Such control procedures can be attended by representatives of the state construction supervision agency, and, if necessary, independent experts.

The contractor of civil and erection works should notify the other participants about the terms of the survey for 3 days (workers).

The results of acceptance of construction and installation work, concealed by subsequent measures, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and project documentation should be recorded in the act.

Upon the request of the customer / developer after the elimination of detected defects, a re-examination of the hidden works can be carried out.

Acceptance of the completed object

The date of its conduct and the organization procedure, as well as the composition of the participants in the procedure, the criteria for assessing the conformity of the structure to the established requirements is determined by the customer / developer. The date of acceptance should be reported to the authority that issues permits for putting objects into operation. Acceptance of the completed construction is made by the customer / developer with the appropriate act. It is accompanied by design, regulatory, executive documentation, acts of acceptance of engineering and technical networks, other materials confirming the compliance of the object with technical regulations and the project.
