Communist Party of Social Justice: history, program, leaders

About what role political parties should play in the formation of civil society, discussions have already been held repeatedly. To increase competition in this area, amendments were adopted to the normative legal act, which simplified the process of registering factions wishing to eventually take part in lawmaking. All this has led to the fact that the number of the above-mentioned associations, the so-called newcomers in politics, has sharply increased in our country. This status was also awarded to the Communist Party of Social Justice, whose abbreviated abbreviation suggests that its creators pursued the goal of becoming a serious alternative to the "left" unification, which for many years now has been headed by "Kremlin oppositionist" Gennady A. Zyuganov. However, it would be inappropriate to compare these two structures, since they have different weight categories. Nevertheless, the Communist Party of Social Justice de jure has the right to exist, and its leadership has made remarkable efforts to win elections in various regions of the country.

Did you manage to accomplish the tasks? What ideas are propagandized by the leaders of the CPSU? Let's consider these issues in more detail.

History

The Communist Party of Social Justice was established at a special congress, which was held on April 8, 2012. Already on May 28, the Ministry of Justice officially registered it. But who acted as the initiator of its creation? It was Andrei Bogdanov, who at that time headed the "Democratic Party of Russia" (DPR) and in parallel the Political Technologies Center. But the author of the program for the association was the head of the party "Union of Citizens" - Vyacheslav Smirnov. It was necessary to choose a person who will begin to exercise the current leadership of the entire structure. Who will get the responsible post - First Secretary of the Central Committee? It was decided to entrust him to Yuri Morozov (a native of the Saratov region). The Communist Party of Social Justice became the main place of work for him.

But what ideas and views did the ideologists of the above-mentioned association preach? Let us analyze this question in more detail.

Political objectives

Andrei Bogdanov and his associates want to transform Russia into a country where citizens would be equalized. It should not have a social imbalance: the state will take full care of its citizens, adequately paying for labor and providing materially for the unprotected layers of the population: pensioners, disabled people and other low-income people. The "Communist Party of Social Justice", whose program, in fact, largely echoed the ideas and plans of the "left" union headed by Zyuganov, puts the individual's interests first. The people are the only source of power, and the bureaucratic apparatus must express only its will, and not place its own selfish interests first.

Social justice

Civil society, according to the leadership of the CPSU, should live according to the laws of social justice.

The state is obliged to invest the maximum possible into human potential, since the individual is the main value and wealth of Russia. This is the only way to establish economic growth rates and improve the level of well-being in society.

Education free of charge

And, of course, the above-mentioned Russian political party is guarding the interests of an ordinary citizen. Everyone should have access to free education within the walls of a school, technical school or university. And, having received a profession, a person will have to work for 5 years according to his profile, and only then he has the right to change the line of activity.

Medical services at no charge

In addition to free education, the state must guarantee its citizens and free treatment. At the same time, regardless of the financial situation, each person has the right to use modern technologies, which are currently available in domestic medicine.

In addition, low-income categories of citizens should return benefits for the purchase of drugs and remedies.

Social housing at no charge

Every cell in Russia, especially a newly-born family, should be provided with social housing, and completely free of charge.

Destruction of bribery and corruption

In the system of building a civil society, where there is no social inequality, there should be no bribery and corruption. If an official is found guilty of committing the above-mentioned act, severe punishment must await him, and the higher the rank of civil servant, the stronger the responsibility. And all the property of the perpetrators and their relatives is subject to compulsory confiscation.

friendship of Peoples

The principle of internationalism and good-neighborly relations on a national scale in the CPSU program is far from being the last.

The nationalities, communities and ethnic groups inhabiting Russia should not conflict with each other.

Cooperation outside Russia and sovereignty

In foreign policy, our country, according to the ideologists of the CPSU, must strictly observe national interests, so the tension of relations with other countries on this basis can not be avoided. At the same time, Andrei Bogdanov and his companions are not against the creation of an international structure, the so-called World Commonwealth of Socialist States, which is subsequently transformed into a world communist society where external borders will be absent. This is the only way to resist the innate moods of the capitalist way of life.

Participation in elections

Even in the fall of 2012, the political party "Communist Party of Social Justice" entered the election struggle, but the first pancake turned out to be a lump, and its representatives failed to get a single mandate.

At the same time, the representative of the CPSU (Dmitry Kochergin) received support for 289 votes following the election of the mayor of Kaliningrad.

In early autumn of 2013, the structure of the left, led by Yuri Morozov, took part in regional elections in the Volgograd region. As a result, the party members managed to overcome the 5 percent barrier and get one seat in the local city duma.

Staff reshuffle

In 2014, the Central Committee of the party was headed by the founder of the CPSU. So, Yuri Morozov lost a responsible post. But Brezhnev Andrey Yurievich (grandson of Leonid Ilyich) took the post of first secretary. He will later head the party lists at the regional elections in the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Crimea, the KChR, the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol. Currently, Brezhnev Andrei Y. lives in the Crimea and has long left the ranks of the Communist Party to join the new left. It should be noted that the latter did not confirm the rumors that the grandson of the Soviet secretary general will compete with the grandson of another communist ideologist, Gennady Andreevich Zyuganov, whose name is Leonid. It was he who ran for the Moscow City Duma in the electoral district "Falcon".

In December 2015, the structure of Oleg Sidorov ("Civil Force") and the union of Andrei Bogdanov ("CPSU") were consolidated into the "Communist Party of Social Justice". But in a few days Oleg Sidorov was removed from office.

The ideologist of the left-wing views Andrey Bogdanov emphasizes that the child created by him will participate in the political life of the country in the most active way and will certainly compete for the seats in the State Duma of Russia, the election of which is not far off.

"At the moment this is the main goal for us. We plan to win at least 3% of the vote in order to have the right to participate in regional elections without collecting signatures and get the opportunity for budgetary financing. These two terms are sufficient for the CPSU to develop successfully, "the party leader stressed. He also added that "not collecting signatures" is not a priority, because the experience of the Communist Party of Social Justice in this area is quite impressive.

Scandals

Some experts believe that the CPSU is a product created in opposition to the Communist Party. Many know that the ex-leader of the new association of leftists, Yuri Morozov, had a party ticket in the era of socialism.

He was later transferred to the "White House" of the Saratov region, and later became the head of the public reception of the faction "United Russia". The Communists accused the CPSU representatives of the fact that the new party has repeatedly nominated its people in single-mandate constituencies, which were the namesakes of those promoted by the Communist Party. This is how the votes were selected and voters were deceived.

Another scandal occurred in 2013. In Arkhangelsk, a woman candidate from the Communist Party of Social Justice was removed from the election on the grounds that she had already died for several months.

Anyway, but Andrei Bogdanov himself in big politics is far from a beginner. He is credited with "record-breaking" when it comes to party building, since he has more than ten associations of federal significance on his account. Once he stated that he participated in the life of such factions as "United Russia", "Democratic Party of Russia", "Russian Party of Pensioners", "People's Capital Party Sergei Mavrodi." Subsequently, he said that it does not matter which party to create: the client determines the political orientation. At the same time, experts do not doubt that Bogdanov took under his wing the CPSU in large part because the leftist ideas are gaining popularity among the people. In the minds of the older generation, the CPSU is perceived as a symbol of stability in society.
