Classification of causes for omission of the uterus, disease prevention

Omission of the uterus is a serious problem for many women. The disease manifests with painful pains in the uterus, a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, a violation of urination, unpleasant discharge from the vagina. There are cases when women take such a situation for a tumor and are afraid to go to the doctors, thereby complicating their situation.

Very often, when the uterus descends, it falls out. This happens because the internal genital organs have shifted and are in the wrong position. It is not always the cervix that comes out of the fissure, even if the woman is pushing. But when the uterus comes out from the genital cleft, it is considered a fallout, which can be partial or complete.

When the uterus descends, the physiological boundary of the genital organs shifts along the axis of the small pelvis due to the weakening of the muscle tone and sprain.

This aporia occurs in women of different ages. Up to forty years is diagnosed in 40% of patients, and after fifty years more than half of women. Gynecological operations have to be done by 15% of patients with uterine prolapse or dropout.

There are cases when prolapse of pelvic organs is observed from childhood. With the omission of the uterus, the disease begins to progress gradually, which leads to severe physical and emotional suffering of the woman, and sometimes even leads to disability.

In the normal position of the uterus, the genital organs in the small pelvis are located at a distance characteristic of its anatomical structure, and due to its physiological mobility, it can easily change position as the rectum or bladder becomes full.

To the genitals always remain in the right position, the uterus should have a good own tone, ligamentous and muscular apparatus.

Causes of ovulation of the uterus

Omission of the uterus in women can be caused by numerous causes:

  • Pathological births;
  • Frequent constipation;
  • Overweight;
  • Lack of female sex hormones;
  • Heavy physical labor;
  • A large number of births or abortions;
  • Abnormal predisposition of the uterus;
  • Connective tissue dysplasia.

There are three degrees of omission of the uterus:

  1. The uterus is lowered, but does not go beyond the vagina.
  2. The uterus is lowered and partially falls out at the slightest straining (during coughing or sneezing, for example).
  3. The whole area of the uterus protrudes on the surface of the sexual slit.

Preventive measures

Modern medicine uses two methods of treating the disease in women: conservative and surgical. But it is better to prevent illness than to take it to extreme measures.

With the omission of the uterus, life does not end. With this diagnosis you can lead a habitual way of life. The main thing is to adhere to the elementary rules: in no case do not raise the severity, reduce physical exertion to a minimum, conduct regular examinations at the gynecologist.

To avoid the unpleasant problems of prolapse (omission of the uterus), train the muscular apparatus of the pelvic organs. Special exercises in this situation are needed not only for prevention, but also are the only treatment for the disease, if it is at an early stage. In the course of performing physical exercises, the walls of the abdominal cavity strengthen, which helps maintain the sexual organs.
