Cake with prunes

With the onset of spring, we began to arrange tea-drinking more often in our garden gazebo. Therefore, every day we have to wonder what is a delicious bake to tea? The answer asked for itself when I found a forgotten prune in the closet. So today there will be a pie with prunes for tea. And I'll share the recipes, there are several of them, because I like to experiment.

Recipe 1. Elegant pie with prunes on a yeast dough. There is plenty of time, so we will prepare a yeast dough on an opaque. So, for the test, we need 600 grams of wheat flour, 1 glass of warm water, 2 eggs, a butter or margarine butter pack, 200 grams of dry or pressed yeast, salt and a little sugar. In the dough, you do not need to put a lot of sugar, because we will have a sweet filling. Eggs beat up with salt and sugar, add softened butter or margarine, put the yeast, mix. Add a glass of flour, mix again and leave for an hour so that the dough is a little fermented. This is the opara. Then we introduce the rest of the flour in small portions, knead the dough and put it in a warm place so that the dough rises.

While the dough rises, let's deal with the filling. We need 500 grams of prunes (pitted), half a glass of syrup of any jam (I had a cherry), ½ lemon, powdered sugar. Prunes my, we pass through a meat grinder together with half a lemon. Fill the syrup in the scrolled prunes, mix everything. The filling is ready.

When the dough rises, divide it into two pieces so that one part is slightly larger. Roll them into the seam, place a large layer in a greased form. From the top, evenly distribute the stuffing from prunes. Cover with the second layer, collect the edges and beautifully protect. Do not forget to leave a small hole in the center of the cake. Bake in a preheated oven. I sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar and serve it for tea. That's all, prune pie is ready for tea!

Recipe 2. This recipe is perfect for those who do not want to long bother with yeast dough and stuffing. So, I offer a pie with prunes and nuts. We will need: 4 eggs, 500 grams of flour, a packet of butter, 50 grams of cocoa, 200 grams of sugar, 50 grams of chocolate, 200 grams of prunes without pits, 50 grams of walnuts. Egg and sugar combine, add the softened butter and rub until homogeneous. Then rinsed prunes cut straws, nuts a little grind and combine with butter and eggs. Add cocoa, grated chocolate and gradually adding flour, knead thick dough. Then spread it into a mold, bake until ready. I check with a toothpick or a match, if I match pieces of dough on the match, I'll bake it a bit. It turns out very tasty chocolate pie with prunes.

Recipe 3. Very delicious is an open pie with prunes and cottage cheese. The dough is very easy to prepare. For him, we need 300 grams of flour, 100 grams of oil (150 grams) and a couple of spoonfuls of cold water. All connect, we mix.

For the filling we need 1 packet of fat cottage cheese, 200 grams of prunes without seeds, vanilla sugar, ordinary sugar-sugar - 100 grams, 2 eggs. Rinsed prunes are cut in half. Cottage cheese, sugar and eggs, grind to a homogeneous mass, add vanillin. The filling is ready.

The dough is rolled into a layer, we put it in a form so that the sides remain. From above evenly distribute the prunes and cover the curd mass. Bake in the oven until ruddy. When the pie is ready, cool it, since the curd cakes are taken to be cold, otherwise it will seem to you, as if he did not finish it.

Pie with prunes, the recipe of which we considered first, I got the best, although it took him a long time to cook it. And so, all the recipes are good!
