Accurately drain the water from the pan. And put the macaroni in a colander. Be sure to rinse with cold water.
  2. We peeled the husks of garlic from the husks through a special press. The resulting mass is spread on the pan. Fry by applying olive oil. There we send shrimps and mussels in a cleaned form. Solim. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. All these ingredients are fried for 5 minutes. Do not forget to stir with a spatula. At the end of the frying process, pour a little white wine into the frying pan. Stirring. Stew seafood with garlic until the wine completely evaporates.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 whole chicken eggs + 2 yolks;
  • 1 teaspoon of cuttlefish ink;
  • Flour (the variety is not important) - 300 g;
  • Salt - no more than one pinch.

Cooking process
