In this article, we want to talk about how the Japanese rice omelet is prepared. In general, in Japan this dish is prepared in two variations. Traditional national food is called omuraisu. And an omelet prepared in the western manner is called "omurtse". The Japanese dish consists of fried rice, filled with eggs. It is often added meat, usually chicken. Omuraysu served with ketchup. The dish even has its own story. It is believed that the first time it was filed in 1902 in the Tokyo restaurant. The owner of the institution when preparing a dish borrowed the idea from an old recipe chakin-zushi (in fact it is sushi rice, which is wrapped in a sheet of omelet).

They very gently stir them with chopsticks, even at the moment when the mixture is already in a frying pan. As soon as the omelette is ready, we spread the mixture we prepared earlier to the very middle and turn it all together in the form of an envelope or a roll. If you can not so contrive, then you can just cover the rice hill with an omelette and decorate the dish with greens, vegetables and ketchup. So our rice omelette is ready. As you can see, there is nothing difficult in its preparation, but the dish turns out more satisfying due to the presence of meat, rice and vegetables. Another way to prepare a Japanese omelet

Rice omelette (a recipe with a photo shown in the article) can be slightly modified by changing the components. Unchanged should be ketchup, rice and scrambled eggs. All other products can be selected to taste. Not bad is an omelette with sausage.

In a separate bowl, eggs must be beaten by adding milk. Egg mixture poured into a heated frying pan and prepare an omelet.
