Then we cool it to a temperature of forty degrees and add the egg, mixing. On gauze, soaked with cold water, we spread a thin layer of potato. The potato layer should be about one centimeter. On top of it we lay roasted minced meat and wrap it in a roll with the help of gauze. Put the roll on the baking sheet and lubricate the surface with the beaten egg. We send it to the oven for baking at a temperature of approximately 200 degrees, until a crust is formed.

We prepare milk sauce for the casserole . Milk is brought to a boil, add seasonings and fried in a pan without oil flour and wait until thickened. Ready casserole cut into portions and served with sauce.
