Dietitians are of the opinion that fish should be cooked exclusively for a couple. But in this case, you will have to sacrifice the taste of the product in favor of a healthy diet. Nevertheless, there is an alternative way of cooking fish, so that it is delicious and useful. This is baking fish in the oven.

Baked carp in the oven in foil is a very tasty, original and externally attractive dish that is cooked with benefit to the body. Due to the fact that carp does not require fat for cooking, this product does not lose its taste qualities and at the same time benefits our body, preserving all the useful components. Fish can simply bake in the oven, and you can stuff. Stuffed and baked carp is a very popular dish, loved by many more than a dozen years.

For this dish you will need:

  • Carp (1.5 kg);
  • 50 g of horseradish;
  • Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons);
  • Onion (2-3 pcs.);
  • Clove of garlic;
  • One large carrot;
  • Tomatoes (2 pcs.);
  • Foil for baking.

Fresh fish thoroughly wash in cold water, remove the insides and scales, tail and head. Wash the fish again and put on a dish.

Prepare the sauce. We clean the fresh horseradish and rub it on a small grater. Add finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise, pepper, salt. With a mixture of carefully rub the fish and leave in this form in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Prepare the filling. Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions, carrots rub on the grater. Tomatoes are cut into cubes. Vegetables spread on a frying pan and a little passer (5-7 minutes).

After the fish is well infused, stuff its inner part, and, once again having smeared the surface of the fish with sauce, lay it on the foil. Cover the top of the carp with a second layer of foil and pinch the edges well. Put the fish on a baking sheet, use a toothpick to make several holes in the foil and put the carp into the oven.

The following products will be required for the dish:

  • Carp (2 kg);
  • A glass of rice;
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • 2 onions;
  • Small zucchini;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • garlic;
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers;
  • Parsley or dill;
  • Spices, salt.

Cleaned and washed carp, cut into medium-sized steaks (5 pieces). Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Steaks sliced on both sides with soy sauce and shift onion rings. Fish in sauce with onion for one hour, leave to marinate. At this time, boil rice in salted water. It is very important not to digest it, it is better to let the rice be undercooked.

Carefully wash and cut into cubes vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, greens and garlic). Sliced vegetables put in a frying pan, pour a small amount of water, add seasoning, salt and stew for 7 minutes with the lid closed.

At the bottom of the form lay rice, on top of it - steaks of carp and stewed vegetables. Vegetables should cover the fish so that carp meat is soaked with vegetable juices when baked. Cover the form with foil.

The dish is baked in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
