Attestation of employees

Collegiality, publicity and openness are recognized as the basic principles of attestation of teachers. It is believed that only these foundations can provide an objective attitude to persons working in the field of education. Not so long ago, new principles for the certification of teachers were introduced. They are recognized to take into account the effectiveness and quality of their work.

Under the new procedure for attestation, there are two types of this procedure: compulsory and voluntary.

Mandatory attestation of educators

This type of attestation will concern every employee of education every 5 years. This is necessary to confirm the employee's compliance with the education of his position, that is, his professional activity will be evaluated from this point of view.

Voluntary certification of teachers

This type of certification will be carried out at the request of the employee of educational institutions in order to determine whether the teacher corresponds to the level of qualification according to the requirements of the desired qualification category. To date, there are only two of its types: the first and the highest. This type of category is valid for five years.

Certification of employees of educational institutions is carried out by the regional attestation commission.

The tasks of certification of teachers:

1. In the same way, it is planned to encourage teachers to increase the level of available qualifications, which will lead to an improvement in their methodological culture and personal professional growth.

2. It is assumed that education workers will be more likely because of this to apply modern educational technologies in their activities .

3. Attestation will significantly improve the quality of the work of teachers.

4. The consequence of attestation will be a differentiated approach to the payment of work of pedagogical workers.

Who is not subject to this procedure:

1. If the teacher has worked for no more than two years in the field of education, then he is not subject to such attestation.

2. This category should include women in the "interesting situation" and those who are on maternity leave.

3. If a woman is on leave to care for a child who has not reached the age of 3, then she is also not subject to certification.

Personnel attestation of employees will only affect 2 years after coming to work. Then it will be mandatory.

The order of attestation of pedagogical workers

The attestation commission consists of the chairman, his deputy and members, who are most often formed from local executive bodies, specialists from scientific centers, universities, etc.

The formation of the commission is always taken seriously, since the possibility of any conflicts should be excluded so that this does not in any way affect the decisions of this commission. The decision will be made only in the absence of the assessor. An open vote will be held, the decision will be made by a majority of the members who participate in this commission.

If the employee fails to pass the certification procedure, he will either be required to sign up and take courses to upgrade his skills, or to look for another job.

The first category is given to those pedagogical workers who effectively apply modern educational technologies on their lessons and qualitatively own them. Also, such workers need to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the educational process, for this it is necessary to improve the methods of education and upbringing.

The highest category can be obtained with the above requirements, plus you need to have an established category. It is also important to have stable results of students' learning programs. Attestation of employees is an important process.
