How to cook a pumpkin in the oven? Put in a hot frying cupboard on a baking sheet or in a greased form. You will determine the readiness of the hapam when after an hour and a half you will make a puncture in the upper part of the pumpkin - if the pumpkin itself is already soft under the skin, then the hapama is ready. Finally, pour the finished pumpkin over it with melted butter to give the glossy finish.

This recipe will appeal to those who do not really like the pumpkin itself, but give it its due as a very useful product. The hostesses who cooked this dish were surprised at how appetizing it was absorbed by men.

So, let's get started. Make a container of pumpkin, cutting off the tip and selecting the seeds with a spoon. Pumpkin is better to take a small about 2 kg, but sweet.

In the resulting cavity, place the following products:

  1. Cheese - large grated (hard varieties without a pronounced smell or fragrant gruyer). Approximately 500 grams are needed (the cheese should occupy only a third of the volume of the pumpkin cavity). Cheese put on the bottom of the pumpkin.
  2. Cream. Those who love food fatter, it is better to take 30% cream, but 10%, and even a mixture of cream and milk, are also suitable. Pour cream cheese (about a liter).
  3. Spice. Salt, pepper and add spices to taste. It is very tasty with Tabasco or with thyme.

Filling should be so much that inside the cavity a free fourth part of the volume remains, otherwise during baking the contents can come out.

To get a gentle consistency of the inner contents, it is very important how to make a pumpkin - in the oven it should be for two hours.

The dish turns out to be unusually tasty and very beautiful. Serve it in deep plates, scooping up the fragrant flesh along with the cream cheese sauce.

Gorgeous dessert - pumpkin with honey

Another way to make a pumpkin in the oven is to make a kind of candied fruit from the pumpkin pulp. They can be served as an independent dessert or used as a filling for sweet pies and pancakes.

Peel a half a kilogram of pumpkin from the rind and seeds. Cut the flesh into large cubes. Bake a large amount of oil (can be creamy). On the pumpkin cubes, put honey (about 3 tablespoons), cinnamon and grated zest with flesh from one orange. In a hot oven, bake the pumpkin for about half an hour.

Baked honey gourd very well will be combined with curd cream, cream, nuts and flakes of almonds. Serve the pumpkin in the crockery, sprinkled with cream, or on skewers.
