But even if you are used to using only your own, proven and inherited from the grandmother's recipe, risk to try one of the suggested ones - and maybe, by inheritance, there will be already two ways to prepare a charlotte.

An unusual interlaced version

If you use this recipe, you will get a crunchy and delicious apple pie. The recipe is quite simple in execution. Take only 4 dining rooms with the top of a spoonful of flour and the same amount of sugar. Both mix together, a bag of baking powder and 2 beaten eggs are added. After thorough mixing, half a cup of milk is poured in and mixed again. Then, a tablespoon of cognac and two - lean oil. Now mix thoroughly with a blender, whisk or mixer. Pieces four large apples are cleared, the seeds are removed, and the fruits themselves are cut by thin plates (not slices, not slices, and the result will not be the same). There, a glass of warm (but not hot!) Milk is filled with yeast dissolved in it and 4 tablespoons of melted butter, 2 eggs are hammered in and sugar is poured (a couple of large spoons). Vegetarian recipe: without eggs, without sour cream
