1. Let's start with bread. How do I cut it to get mini sandwiches? Pieces should be small and uniform in shape (for example, in the form of a square or circle). From the bread slices you need to cut the crust.

2. Open the package of butter. Using a knife, we apply it in a thin layer on the pieces of the workpiece.

3. Slightly salted trout cut into pieces. But not too small. For each mini sandwich we put a piece of fish.

4. Lettuce leaves are washed with tap water. Then we soak them with a towel. Tear the salad into small pieces. Then put on a layer of fish. On top of the salad again put a piece of trout.

We will need the following products:

Grocery set (based on 12 servings):

  • 150-200 g of apples;
  • Greens of dill;
  • 200 g of pineapple (can canned);
  • 150 g of salted red fish;
  • Some mayonnaise.

For tartlets:

  • 2 tbsp. L of sour cream;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • 6 tbsp. L of flour.

Preparation:

1. Apples are washed in running water. Remove the skin and seeds. Grind it (preferably cubes).

2. Open the jar with pineapple. The salad will take about half of the contents. Pineapples, like apples, cut into cubes.

3. Now we will deal with salty red fish. It can be salmon or trout. It all depends on your taste preferences. Fish should be cut into thin strips or cubes.

4. In a deep bowl, spread the crushed apples, pineapples and trout (salmon). We fill with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Thoroughly mix the ingredients.

5. If you are very limited in time, then you can buy ready-made tartlets. But it's better to bake them yourself. First we make a dough. We must melt the butter, then pour it into a plate of sour cream. Pour in the flour and baking powder. Add the beaten eggs. We knead the dough well. Distribute it for 1 tbsp. L in special molds for cakes.

6. We leave the Tartlets in the oven. Bake several minutes (at 220 ° C). As soon as they rise and blush, you need to get a baking tray from the oven. The bottom of the stack pushes the middle of each cupcake. This is necessary to get depressions.

7. We again send the baskets into the oven. Bake another 10-15 minutes. We get them and wait for them to cool down completely. Then fill the tartlets with a salad and decorate with greens. Before serving a snack on the table, you can hold it for a couple of hours in the fridge.
