Biography

Asuma Sarutobi is Hiruzen Sarutobi, who is better known as the Third Hokage. Asuma from the earliest years proved to be an excellent ninja. At the age of nine he managed to graduate from the Ninja Academy. And already at the age of twelve, Asuma successfully passed the Chuunin exam.

At the time of his youth the boy leaves his native village. Soon Asuma Sarutobi becomes a member of an elite team that was engaged in protecting the ruler of the Country of Fire. Asuma was so good that on the black market a reward of 35 million yen (a fictional currency from the world of "Naruto") was awarded for his head. Later the team disintegrates, and Sarutobi returns to his native village.

First season

Asuma receives a small group for training, which consists of graduates of the Ninja Academy. The team consists of Shikamaru Naru, Akimichi Choji and Yamanaka Ino. Asuma has been helping the children to become real ninjas for several months. During this time, Sarutobi is very close to his students. A little later, Asuma nominated his students for the Chuunin exam. Nevertheless, only Shikamaru reaches the final. In the last battle, Naru was defeated, however, despite this, he nevertheless received the title of Chuunin.

During the examination on Konoha, an attack is carried out by the combined forces of the Village of Hidden Sound and Hidden Sand. Shikamaru went to help to Naruto and Sakura, who, in turn, are trying to save Sasuke. Sarutobi, after learning about this, goes after his disciple. And, as it turned out, not in vain. Shikamaru comes into the fight with the shinobi from the Village of Hidden Sound and almost dies. Fortunately, Asuma came in time and helped his pupil.

After some time in Konoha members of Akatsuki: Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigaki are declared. Asuma, along with Kakashi, are fighting uninvited guests and are trying to detain them. However, the opponents were too strong: Kakashi fell under the influence of Itachi's saringing, which is why he can not continue the battle. As a result, the members of the Akatsuki flee until the arrival of the help.

Second season

At the beginning of the season Asuma Sarutobi again acts as a mentor. He, along with Kakashi, is trying to teach Naruto to use the elements of the wind. However, a quiet life does not last long. It became known that members of the Akatsuki group are in the territory of the Country of Fire. Konoha forms several teams to destroy or capture opponents and sends them to the scene of the accident. Asmuma Sarutobi falls into one of these teams, which consists of his student Shikamaru and two Chuunin.

Asuma Sarutobi v. Hidan

The Asuma group finds members of Akatsuki - Hidan and Kakuzu. Between them unfolding battles. During the battle, Asuma remains one on one with Hidan. Sarutobi deals a fatal wound to the enemy. Nevertheless, Hidan does not die, since he has immortality. The battle continues, but not for long. Hidan manages to injure the shinobi from the Hidden Leaf. After that, Akatsuki's member curses Asuma: all the injuries that will be inflicted on Hidan will also affect Sarutobi's body. Thus, Hidan strikes himself straight in the heart, because of which Asuma falls to the ground with a deadly wound.

A few more shinobi are coming to help Asuma. Among them is Ino, a student of Sarutobi. She tries to cure her mentor right on the battlefield. However, the wound is too serious. Asuma, realizing the inevitability of his death, tells his disciples their last words. After that, he lights a cigarette and dies.

Shikamaru tries to avenge the death of his mentor and he succeeds. Young shinobi alone fights the enemy and eventually decapitates Hidan. Nevertheless, this does not kill a member of Akatsuki. Shikamaru condemns Hidan to eternal torment, digging his head deep under the earth.

Relations with Kurenai

Even in the first series of the second season Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenai quite often shone together in one shot. Later it turns out that they are in love with each other. When Shikamaru returns to Konoha to inform Kurenai about the death of Sarutobi, it becomes clear that the woman is pregnant. Kurenai gives birth to a girl right before the start of the Fourth World War.

Asuma Sarutobi. Weapons

Asuma is an excellent fighter. His skills in taijutsu are quite high. In combat, Sarutobi uses a special brass knuckle that has sharpened ends. Among other things, Asuma uses a special technique called Hien. With its help, shinobi can significantly strengthen its weapons. The essence of this technique is that Asuma lets the wind chakra into her brass knuckles. Thanks to this, the weapon becomes even more acute and, accordingly, dangerous.

Among other things, Asuma often uses the Dust Storm Technique. Shinobi releases a huge stream of wind and dust from his mouth. Sarutobi does this in order to blind his opponents and inflict an unexpected blow.
