Aloe in ampoules

Aloe in ampoules is a liquid extract for injections from brownish-yellow to light-yellow color with a slight fruity odor. Auxiliary components: water for injection, sodium chloride.

The drug belongs to a group of drugs that can regulate metabolic processes, biogenic stimulants of natural (natural) origin. Aloe in ampoules enhances the physiological functions of the body, accelerating the regenerative processes in tissues, enhances the general nonspecific resistance (resistance).

Aloe vera extract in ampoules is used in ophthalmology in the treatment of keratitis, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, iritis, opacities in the vitreous. The drug is also indicated for inflammatory vascular ocular ailments, optic nerve atrophy, retinitis pigmentosa, trachoma, progressive myopia and others.

Aloe in ampoules is used for diseases in the female sexual sphere, with cicatricial changes in tissues, bronchial asthma, trophic skin ulcers of different nature, tuberculosis lesions, scleroderma. In neurology, the drug is prescribed for peripheral neuritis, residual effects from stroke, polyneuritis and other pathologies.

In the presence of a deposit before opening, the container with the preparation should be shaken until a uniform suspension is formed.

The drug is administered subcutaneously. Adults every day 1 ml, children after five years - 0.5 ml, up to five years - 0.2-0.3 ml. The daily (maximum) dosage for adults is 4 ml.

If the injections are painful, inject 0.5 ml of novocaine (2% solution) before injecting.

The therapeutic course consists of thirty to fifty injections. Repeated use of the drug is carried out after a two or three-month break.

Tuberculous lesions suggest the introduction of a drug with 0.2 ml, with a gradual increase in the dose.

With asthma (bronchial), the drug is used for ten to fifteen days, every day for 1-1.5 ml. Further introduction is carried out every two days. Therapeutic course - thirty-thirty-five injections.

The use of aloe vera in ampoules can cause side effects in the form of allergic rashes, fever.

Contraindicated drug in cardiovascular pathologies of severe course, pregnancy (especially in the second half of the term), hypertension, acute gastrointestinal disorders, severe jade forms.

With special care, the drug is administered to children. The use of medication in young patients should be supervised by a specialist.

Aloe enhances the effect of laxatives and medications that can stimulate blood formation.

The drug should be stored at a temperature of eight to twenty-five degrees, in a place protected by light. The drug is good for three years. Do not use the product after the expiry date.

The presence of suspensions in the medicine is permissible, during storage, which precipitates. When shaking the ampoule, as a rule, it turns into a solution of a uniform consistency.

In pharmacies, the drug is allowed for sale on prescription.

Aloe is also used as a cosmetic product, which includes gallestine hydrolyzate, collagen hydrolyzate, vitamin E, plant extract and thermal water. It is used for lifting the skin near the eyes. A remedy in this composition provides protection from premature aging, prevents and eliminates wrinkles. The cosmetic preparation has tissue-strengthening and moisturizing action, the effect of "suspenders" of a pronounced nature.

From the ampoule, the cosmetic is applied to the area near the eyes and rubbed with fingertips with light massaging movements.
