Ingredients:

Carrots - a few pieces;

Pollock - 3 pieces;

Sour cream - 4 table spoons;

Water - half a cup;

We cut the pollock fillet into portions, rinsed under running water and sprinkled with salt. Now each piece must be wrapped in flour, so that the fish does not stick to the frying pan during cooking.

Ingredients for cooking:

Pollock (pollock fillets) - 750 g;

Potatoes - 11 pieces;

Vegetable oil;

Crumbs crushed (preferably from white bread) - half a cup;

Fish broth - 2 cups;

Parsley - 2 table spoons;

Onions are a few pieces;

Salt, ground pepper

Initially, it is necessary to peel the potatoes and cut it into thin strips. Onion peeled, washed, cut into rings and fry over low heat for several minutes with the addition of vegetable oil. Pollock and thaw each carcass into two parts along the ridge. Now each halve cut into small pieces, salt, sprinkle with seasonings and pepper to taste. Pieces of pollock put on a greased vegetable frying pan and put onions on top, which we fried earlier. Now lay the onion on potatoes, sprinkle with salt and spices. All this must be filled with broth fish, sprinkle with crumbed breadcrumbs of white bread and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Place the dish on a baking tray and place in an oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Remove the prepared dish from the oven and sprinkle with herbs, which must be finely chopped. As a side dish for pollock is best to use fresh vegetables. Also, sauerkraut or pickled cucumbers will be perfect for a dish.
